Chapter 52: Awakening

"You're Outgunned," Felix said to Jack laughing wickedly.

"That's what you think," Jack replied.

Sophie felt her heart pounding rapidly in her chest, she held her hands together under the table to stop them from shaking uncontrollably as Don Cole Malo pointed his gun directly at her. She had been in dangerous situations in the past but never in her life had she had a gun pointed so closely to her face. She expected this to happen while analyzing the worst things that could happen but she couldn't believe that this was really happening to her. It was like something out of a nightmare.
