Chapter 3: Chapter 2: So I Really Came Here

<p>"Grrrrrr~"<br/><br/>My voice automatically died down after hearing that angry growl for the second time.<br/><br/>According to my months of experience, that was a warning growl from a sleeping animal. And by hearing the ending of that growl it was more like a growl from a wolf.<br/>'Is there a wolf in the cave?' I thought and began to search for it. I didnt move physically, my eyes just roamed around the place cautiously.<br/><br/>But after quite a while, I didn't find anything. I thought of using my forbidden powers but before I could, I heard another growl that came straight from my stomach.<br/>Well, it was a bit awkward as I had mistaken my stomach as a wolf.<br/><br/>I patted my stomach as I started to get out of my supposed bed, and jokingly said, "Well, little wolfie, hungry huh? Then let's go and grab something to satisfy you. Hmm?"<br/><br/>"So you really are a wolf?"<br/><br/>I paused in my movements when I heard a strongly hoarsed male voice.<br/><br/>I blinked my eyes and again looked around. This time more cautiously. Afraid that I would really experience a sudden attack out of nowhere.<br/><br/>"Well, you don't need to be that suspicious of me in <em>MY</em> den, right?"<br/>I again heard that same voice but this time it made me blush. I didn't know why I blushed. Was it because of the owner whom I thought would 'attack' me but actually took me in or because of his voice which appeared to be so attractive to my ears?<br/><br/>I hesitated as I said, "Uhmm, well, if you don't mind can you show yourself first? I have some questions!"<br/><br/>"Sure, but why not move your legs a little to give others some space first, hmm?"<br/><br/>I blushed and subconsciously stood up and stood at a side without thinking twice.<br/><br/>And then much to my horror, a wolf came out underneathe my supposed bed. My heart had almost, literally jumped out of my mouth passing from my lungs!<br/><br/>What the-<br/><br/>And as if adding spices to that horror, that wolf transformed into a handsome youth. A naked one on that.<br/>I would have literally screamed again if not for 'His' quick reaction of stopping my mouth before a cry came out.<br/><br/>"You really scream a lot, don't you? Now I understand why they were being grumpy after bringing you back!" I heard him spat out through his gritted teeth.<br/><br/>Well, I swear I was scared. Heck, truly scared to die again!<br/><br/>But the next moment, our eyes met and seriously saying I got attracted to them. 'His' eyes that was dark brown a moment ago, I saw them slowly changing to light brown, then to golden colour.<br/><br/>I gulped down my saliva as I felt a strange emotion building up inside me. And then...<br/><br/>"Grrr-"<br/><br/>We drifted apart and I awkwardly glanced around everywhere of the cave or den whatever, except him. There was an awkward silence ruling around us.<br/><br/>I bit my lips softly before licking them as my lips had long dried down and again biting it.<br/><br/>'Is it really happening? No! Is this really really really true? Huh, huh? I didn't die but actually got Transmigrated? And on top of that, I- I really came here? To my favourite beast world novel? To meet my lovely Siri and Kevi? Oh my God! I can't believe it! So that means I can change their fates and even make them mine? Oh my God! Just by thinking of it, I'm about to faint in excitement! I again heard that voice.<br/><br/>I turned around to the source of the voice after adjusting my innerself, my voice and most of all my facial expressions. I needed to find out more about this place and people so that I could know the whereabouts of my lovely Siri and Kevi.<br/><br/>"Well...uhm.. sorry for getting distracted! What is this place again?"<br/>The youth sized me up and down for a moment before answering my question, "This is Tetrad tribe!"<br/><br/>My eyes widened after hearing the name. This was the residence of the king of wolves, Kevi's father and also where the female lead had settled down in the novel with her mates.<br/><br/>"Judging from your reactions, it appears like you know about this tribe!"<br/><br/>Without any further thought, I nodded. Obviously I had heard about this place!<br/><br/>Then that wolf looked at me and smiled proudly, "Well, then I guess, our tribe has really made a name this time! Sofia is really awesome!"<br/><br/>Oh so the female lead, Sofia has entered in the scene. That meant the story had long started to make the unpopular Tetrad tribe famous. Judging by the way how this guy said it, it may be Sofia's first counterattack for the Tetrad Tribe.<br/><br/>'So it means, I'm in the chapter of the novel around 1120 to 1136. That means Kevi and Siri are both alive now and Already making a fuss with the male leads over Sofia! Hmm... I need to fasten up to save my cutie pi-" <br/>My trail of thoughts broke when something smelling delicious appeared near my mouth. It was a roasted meat stuck by a thin wooden stick!<br/><br/>And only then did I realize that I hadn't noticed him roasting the meat until now in that slightly lit fire in that small pit.<br/><br/>I squatted down beside him as I started to eat forgetting my basic etiquettes of waiting before the host of the house (den) ate.<br/><br/>"Slow down! No one will snatch your food from you in my territory," He said after a small chuckle.<br/><br/>"Well, it doesn't matter if they snatch my food from me or not! As they will be the ones who will be at lose!" I confidently answered him.<br/><br/>As if my words had piqued his interest of me, he started to eat without completely roasting the meat at his hand, "Really?"<br/><br/>"Hmm," I answered while continuing to eat, "If someone tries to snatch my food, I directly lock their acupoints and make them disable for a whole day!" I said proudly.<br/><br/>He raised his brows in surprise. Well, afterall, he might be in shock to hear my abilities. I started to eat more proudly, when his next words almost choked me with the meat in my mouth.<br/><br/>"What's that a-a-cuuuu?"<br/><br/>"That (cough) (cough) that... you don't know what's an acupoint?"<br/><br/>He shook his head in deniel.<br/><br/>And then something struck me! This is the beast world... How could they know about it?"<br/><br/>With that I directly moved my hands on his broad chest. Soon the meat in his hands fell down.<br/><br/>"You- you! What did you do to me?" His confused voice came out followed by an angry growl. But I didn't care as I eyed him as a calming scenery while slowly finishing my meat and shamelessly took his half-roasted meat in my hand. I started to roast it in the fire near me.<br/><br/>"You? I'm telling you, if you don't free me this instant you're going to regret it! Even if you're a Shasha now, it doesn't matter. How could you do this to me? This is my den. Mine! Mine! Grrrrrr-" and blah! Blah! Blah! <br/><br/>I could even feel his angry growl but who cares.<br/><br/>So, to avoid unnecessary troubles, I swiftly moved my fingers and this time everything became quiet, except the roasting sound of the meat.<br/><br/>I moved from his left side to his right, where I had spotted a few baskets of seasoning earlier. I applied them in my own way as I didn't very much liked his way before returning to my previous place.<br/><br/>I sat down and then only I freed him.<br/>As soon as he was freed, he tried to change into his beast form and was about to attack me with his wide mouth, when I stuffed the meat into his mouth.<br/><br/>I saw him widening his eyes and then returning back to his human form.<br/><br/>"Ahhhhh~mmhm"</p>
