PERSPECTIVE: Audra - The Aurai-Princess of the storm.

We reach the café where we're supposed to meet our friends, and the whole way there no words are exchanged between the two of us. The silence is deeply unfamiliar and uncomfortable, to the extent of being frightening. It is moderately crowded, and I think they chose this place out of the many places lining the streets of Star Point is because of this crowd - easy to blend without compromising the basic privacy factor.

My curious eyes scan the round tables to land on the one at the farthest corner, right by the glass wall that overlooks the street through rows of beautiful bougainvillea bushes. Pink isn't my favourite colour, but this, with the golden sun streaming through the papery petals, looks ethereal.
