"Why the hell do I have to take these exams?"
"Because you're stupid and skipped all your classes!"
In front of Alecs were arguing, Aiba Asagi and Akatsuki Koujou about school subjects. Alecs just watched from afar as the two argued.
On the other side of him also had Yaze another colleague of his, he wasn't a "friend". He was yet another friend of Asagi who approached the group.
"Understand at once! My physical condition doesn't let me wake up early, damn it!" Koujou complained
"Condition?" Asagi asked "You're not even a vampire you idiot! Stop making excuses and do your homework right and go to school you asshole!"
Alecs looked at her with an unreadable expression and squinted at Yaze. He realized right away that the boy knew something, but he decided not to delve into it.
Alecs knew the basics about Kojou, not much, just that the boy was one of the vampires of this world and a powerful one. Fully able to match an ancestor of the dead apostles
Of course, Alecs didn't know Kojou's real skills in battle. he could only feel the boy's magical power. It was slightly greater than Alecs' magic power when using Haven Feel when he was flesh and blood.
He was surprised that his 'friend' had so much power and knew that indeed, things started to make sense. The reason why the apostles are in hiding
He doesn't know how this new kind of vampire came to exist. but, it is comparable to the elite of apostles and if there are many like Koujou it is not much of a surprise that dealing with vampires, church and magus is too much for the apostles
'it's a surprise they're not extinct' Alecs thought a few times about the possibility, but, it didn't make sense if the territory of Nrvnqsr Chaos still exists and he can smell the scary white princess from afar
Now Alecs is slightly stronger than Koujou as his real powers and class card powers merged making him stronger. Of course, the card didn't give him access to Havens Feel. a copy cannot have the full power of the true
"Aaahh, you humans are so cruel!" Kojou complained
Alecs nodded, indeed humans were one of the cruelest creatures in the world. They only compared themselves to the Magus and Apostles when it came to cruelty.
"It's not like that, we're just fairer" Asagi joked
"Che, the world has become so complicated" Kojou spoke with some wisdom
'is it some kind of old acquaintance, or is he just pretending to be nice?' Alecs thought, not sure what to expect from the situation. All he knows is that Koujou is 16 and not how long Koujou is 16
"Why? do you date some D type?" Asagi asked
'European vampire' Alecs thought 'the vampire species derived from the first progenitor'
While in this world, Alecs did his research and tried to find some way to summon or find Medusa. He ended up finding very interesting knowledge
"Of course, I'm not just generalizing!" Koujou explained himself
Alecs looked at his wrist seeing his watch flash, which meant his master had left school. as she was going to stay late at school, he decided to stay with his 'friends'
"Guys, I have to go, my work starts soon" Alecs commented with a kind smile "if you'll excuse me"
"Aahhh already? Good luck" Asagi replied
"Hey, Alecs want to stop by the house today?" Koujou called
"Clear!" Alecs replied "I'll bring chocolate to Nagisa-chan"
"Just don't get her addicted to candy" Koujou yelled
"goodbye Alecs" Yaze replied
Alecs nodded and left.
For the rest of the day, he followed Kanon ensuring her safety without her noticing.
He usually appeared to her from time to time and even cast a spell to make her eyes turn blue just like hers. He gave the impression that they are related.
He continued to follow her for hours until she arrived at her house he already knew about the experiments she was undergoing from her father. But he hasn't gotten involved yet.
Alecs knew that perhaps these experiments would make her a mage better able to keep him at his peak without him having to appeal to independent action and the power of the apostle.
Alecs knew if his apostle power continued to grow eventually. he would be flesh again and could not leave this world until he died and he was a true artificial ancestor
Before he was close to death because of the evil god he coerced to kill himself and ended up employing him with corruption and now that darkness no longer exists within him
That is, he is close to true immortality if he does not hear any errors in his philosopher's stone spell that made him an apostle.
And being immortal in a world where the chance of medusa being summoned was incalculable. He preferred to remain a heroic spirit with vampiric traits for now so he could be summoned into another war if Medusa isn't in it.
for that reason, there was a need for Kanon to get power and Alecs would pretend that he would not see to Kanon's father's experiments until it is proved that he is harming his master's health.

"What the hell is this?" An explosion caught Alecs' attention and he soon recognized two power spikes.
"Koujou just launched an attack?" Alecs wondered as he watched, "No, a familiar has been activated and Koujou has defeated it, but how?...whatever he knows himself to take care of is almost as powerful as I was in my lifetime."
He put aside the Koujou issue when he saw Kanon entering the church to tend to the cats.
"Hello, young master" Alecs greeted "Did you have fun at school today?"
"Caster-Onichan?" Kanon ran to him"You're here!"
"Of course, I'm here silly" Alecs patted her forehead "tell me, why are you worried?"
"The teacher said that there is no hero called caster and that there are no heroes in this hellhole that is the island" Kanon looked down "Caster-Onicham is it true that there are no heroes?"
Alecs knelt in front of her and took her hand.
"Young master..." Alecs stroked her head "Heroes, aren't fools wearing capable... well... they may be, but, Heroes can be those who help others without receiving anything in return, or powerful leaders who receive admiration, or someone who kills some dangerous enemy... The point is! Young master, don't let others decide what a hero is for you"
"Yes, onnichan!!!" Kanon rejoiced and the two continued talking for hours until the end of the day came and Alecs took Kanon to her house.
When they arrived at Kanon's sack, she turned to him with a worried face.
"What do you hear, eh young master?" Alecs asked"What confused you"
"Caster-onnichan why do you hate your family?" Kanon asked
Alecs widened his eyes and sighed, "Young master, don't worry about something so foolish, just worry about your happiness"
"I understand... the dreams right?" He asked
Kanon nodded shyly, "Onnichan! why am I having these dreams?" Kanon asked, "why do you call me young master?"
"A mystery Young master... a mystery" Alecs replied "Now go home, it's getting late"

After dropping Kanon at her house. Alecs walked around town looking for chocolate to give to Nagisa, his friend, and Koujou's sister.
"Umm?" Alecs was greeted at Koujou's house with a strange humming "Caster-Kun"
Nagisa smiled when she saw the young man at the door and Alecs smiled back
"Nagisa-chan, I brought chocolate" Alecs hummed
He took a bar of chocolate from a bag and gave it to Nagisa
"Thank you" Nagisa shouted and hugged Alecs "I loved it, come in"
"I'm sure!!" Alecs confirmed "Excuse me"

"Umm, would you be?" alecs asked
He looked at a girl sitting next to Koujo on the floor doing homework and Koujou looked at him with a weird face that he was hiding something.
The girl looked at him with some suspicion. She tried to see more than she should have and Alecs knew right away. 'a magus!'
He kept the illusion of blue eyes and his evil aura of apostles well guarded, but he didn't want to risk it so he reinforced his magic.
"Umm, I'm Himeragi Yukina, nice to meet you sir umm..." Himeragi introduced himself not knowing what to call Alecs
"Alecsviel Von Einsbern but, you can call me Caster or Alecs" Alecs joked using his name
He tried to call attention to the magus in front of him to see if she had any knowledge about the war, she sure wasn't a master, but it could be someone trying to eat the edges to get a servant when some master dies or she is. a subordinate of a master
Using her real name doesn't change much about the fight. Alecs is not a famous hero, he only achieved his feats in a short period and also achieved them in a secret war
He doesn't have his name weakness as it is unknown.
So they kept talking until late when they went to buy something and Himeragi stopped at something, Alecs kept walking and then hid when someone annoying appeared
"You can look this way" Minamiya Natsuki's voice called the two and Alecs ran away transforming into spirit form

An explosion caught Alecs' attention and he snuck to the spot. He saw a vampire fighting a strangely familiar and growled
"Homunculus, your life is being sucked by this thing" He felt a strong feeling of revulsion and held back "This old man is as rotten as the Einzberns, should I kill him?"
Before long the vampire was defeated and Himeragi Yukina appeared with a spear.
"Ohh, interesting, let's see how good she is" Alecs commented and watched the fight "That's pretty cool, she's a good fighter, but, she has no experience and no skill to defeat the old man, she will die and the homunculus is already on top of her, should I save? or wait a little longer?"
"Astarte"
"Accepted" The homunculus called out to its familiar and attacked Himeragi.
She tried to defend herself but failed and when death came to her
