Chapter 60: Demons

"Don't let your emotions control you, Viktoria. I don't know where your mother is; I wasn't with her."

"I admit that I like Milena."

"You look like her 90%. It never crossed your mind that I might like her too." Vlad argued.

The woman calmed down a bit, but she still couldn't accept the fact that Vlad liked her mother.

"Vlad, please. Don't do anything to my mother…." Viktoria was worried that Vlad would force her mother, if she refused him.

"Don't worry. I won't hurt her. I promise if she rejects me, I'll give up." Vlad said with a stoic face.

"Oh really?" asked the blonde.

"Hey, I'm not a monster. Our story is different, and you know why I did it."

"I know, but…" concern was reflected on her face.

"She will be lonely once she leaves the clan and your father" Vlad smiled and approached the woman. "Besides, that way, we can be together for eternity. I promise that I will help your mother become immortal."
