"Well then… that took a lot less time than I thought it would."

Sitting on the ground after exploring the land for the past couple of hours, the young man let out a faint sigh as he summed up what he'd done earlier.

"Now I understand why the kingdom planned on establishing a frontier village here back then."

After parting ways with the man that kept an eye on his land while he was away, Valyr went ahead and brought up the plans he'd talked about with Julian in his mind, unleashing his perception to its fullest as he tried to imagine what went where.

Though the ideas they talked about would have no problems being implemented for the most part, there were still some things the young man noticed that he felt needed to be changed, especially after getting a closer look at the land itself.
