Chapter 25: Across the Line
Andrew Fray POV:
I stepped through the gate of the Boston Logan Airport. Offhandedly, I wondered if this had been the same gate Holly had arrived through, but I decided it didn’t matter. How Holly got to Boston wasn’t my problem, and I wasn’t going to waste time on it.
With that thought in mind, I got to work.
Once I’d collected my bags I left the terminal, got an uber, and headed downtown.
I’d already arranged for my hotel before I left home, but that wasn’t where I was heading. Instead, I got dropped off outside a small bar called The Moonlight Lounge. A bar owned by the infamous Rafael King. It was still early so the place wouldn’t be busy yet. That would be perfect.
Heading inside, I looked around at the place. It was pretty nice, classier instead of a casual hangout place. I had been right about the early hour, and the place was empty except for three people, two gentlemen sitting at a table in the far corner, and the bartender.
