Chapter 8: Chapter 8: A talk between Body and Soul
After Kei (Vegeta) leaves-
Krillin and others told Goku about the Dragon Balls in Planet Namek which would help them revive their friends and they should leave for Namek as Vegeta's allies must be moving towards Namek.
But how?
As the story goes, Goku and others are in the hospital right now and Bulma tried to call the Attack Pod of Nappa but accidentally blew it due to her carelessness.
Mr. Popo told everyone about the spaceship in which Kami came and Bulma needs to learn Namekian or create a translator for the spaceship otherwise they won't be able to leave.
After checking the spaceship's condition, Bulma decides that they all will be leaving in 10 days and she will be joined by Gohan and Krillin.
Meanwhile, at Kei's side-
After leaving Goku's side, Kei goes straight toward mountains covered in snow where there is no sign of civilization.
The reason for him being here is because he wants to adapt to his body and train a little bit before he goes straight towards Planet Namek
He did think about going and talking with Goku right now as they all are weak right now BUT
Will this suit the personality of Vegeta? A royal Blood? A prince? What about his pride?
Being an otaku who has seen Vegeta's character development, Kei doesn't want to do anything that would make Vegeta look like he is bowing to others as Vegeta never bows!
So, he is here to train by himself, and then he will leave for Planet Namek
'In 10 days they will leave for Planet Namek and if Frieza should also be there
I do want to leave now but it won't be a good choice as I am weak and neither can I go to Frieza's base as that would mean that I have to stay in the pod for a long time which will make me unable to practice my skills.
10 days… I should leave in 10 days
Kei stands at the entrance of a large cave, there is a snowstorm outside right now, and he has made up his mind to get himself ready for future fights within ten days.
Kei turns back, comes inside the cave, and sits down as he ponders about things he should do now.
'The biggest strength of Vegeta is his Pride in being a Saiyan, but this is also his biggest weakness.
Because of his Pride, controlling Vegeta's mind was impossible for even Majin Buu and this Pride drives him to work hard every second of his life BUT
Having a high Pride also destroyed his Genius mind
In the later story of the Dragon Ball Franchise, it has been clearly stated that Vegeta is far more of a Genius as he can learn things so fast that it would even put Goku shame as he learned the Instant Transmission skill in a few minutes
And because of his Pride, Vegeta had all the time in the world to learn Kiao-Ken and he could even have perfected Kiao-Ken better or pushed it further than Goku but still… he never did it because he didn't want to learn things that is learned by Goku
But then again, why did he want to learn Ultra Instinct?
Sure, he did learn Ultra Ego but he did try to learn Ultra Instinct right?
*A heavy sigh*
I guess the creator didn't really think about his character wisely, there are many plot holes but it's okay…
If Vegeta doesn't want to use skills that Goku uses, then okay
I will respect his decision and I will never use skills that used by him, but I will learn them as that will help me get stronger.
Healing up will take time but it's okay… I shall push my limits as that is what Saiyans are best at
But before that, I need to become one with this body'
Kei closes his eyes, puts all of his focus in one place; just like in animes, he also found himself inside his own mind and so he takes a dive into the memories of Vegeta and tries to communicate with his body.

Various sounds could be heard but Kei is unable to understand them, he goes deeper and deeper
Hundreds, thousands, and millions of images started appearing one by one but they all are blurry
Kei goes deeper and now, there are no images or sound around him, he saw a figure at the end of the darkness
He goes towards that figure and when he reached it, he saw a familiar face
"Vegeta?"
"Took you some time, coming here Kei"
Kei's eyes go all wide as he is shocked to see Vegeta in front of him also, how does he know his name?
'Did he read my memories?' Kei asked in his mind
"Do not be surprised, you ant, as I am just a mere body, the true Soul of Vegeta has long disappeared but you should be careful as i have inherited everything from him.
Now, shall we have a talk you rat?"
Kei doesn't know what to say, except 'Mans really vulgar'
but still he agrees as he thought that this will give him an opportunity to join hands with Vegeta's body
"You rat, you want to rule me, right?!"
"No, there is no way that I would try to rule Saiyan Prince's Body
All I want is just your corporation in helping me accomplish Vegeta's dream, his main goal."
"And what is that dream you can think of in that tiny mind of yours?"
'Hmm? It seems like he can't read my mind, Yosh, that's good then but his tone is really...' Kei thought in his mind after hearing Vegeta's question
"Vegeta's main goal is to become the strongest Saiyan in the whole universe and if you agree to me, then I can help you achieve that goal.
All I need is a corporation"
"You sure know a lot about him, you rat!
and it is true that I (or he, as vegeta is gone and its body that has inherited his will) do desire to be the greatest of all but do i really need to join hands with someone as pathetic as you who cant even kill others?!
I hate to be with someone as pathetic as you but i got no choice as i cant kill!
And lets say that even If you want to help me, Vegeta, achieve my goal then you need to be ready to kill others but seeing how you keep avoiding killing others…, no, you can't
You are as pathetic and disgusting as that Kakorot
Do you really think that I would accept your pathetic kindness?!!!"
At this time, Kei took a step back as he needed to think something
Will he be able to kill someone?
This is where Kei came to realize something, the principles that he held up for so long are completely useless
Trying not to kill? That's the most stupid thing in the world where people have the power to destroy planets as if they are eating an apple.
While watching the Dragon Ball anime, he always cursed at Goku who always showed pity or kindness to his animes, and then things turned up against him
This is also the reason why he liked Vegeta a lot as he killed those he didn't like; he gave no shit about what the world thought and made sure to kill those he hated
"AHAHA Got scared?
tch, Pathetic!
You are too disgustingly kind and i dont need you or your worthless Kindness?"
Kei covers his mouth with his hands as he understands very well the world he lives in and the pain he got from being kicked like a doll by Goku is still fresh in his mind.
And yes, being attacked by Spirit Bomb hurts like hell and he felt like he will die
The only reason why he was able to calm himself is because of the fact that he is the 2nd main character but now that he knows that he can change the story line, it means that he can die if he makes any stupid move
Kei always thought that he is a genius or at least has a good brain as compared to others when he started his career but… he was wrong
How could you use the principle of a civilized world in a world that is full of aliens who want to destroy?
Vegeta gave an evil smile, he said "Firm your heart to kill others, then only meet me
Till then, I have nothing to talk with likes of you
LEAVE!"
"WAIT!!!"
*whooosh*
