Chapter 21: Fulfilling a Deal; Jorrvaskr

Since it was so late, I rented a room at the Dancing Inn, giving a woman 100 Septims to spread her legs for me.

After being on the receiving end all day, it felt nice to get a release, the woman screaming under me as I pummeled her cunt relentlessly.

{Debauchery: 18 -> 20}

Waking up with the woman in my arms, I slid myself back inside her, enjoying the way she moaned, even as she was asleep.

Filling her with another load, I got up, wiping myself off using the washbasin in the corner.

So far, everything in this life has been better than the last, but I do miss showers...

Sighing, I exited the room, nodding to Indvull before stepping out, taking some grilled leaks out of my inventory to munch on.

I was still slightly bloated from yesterday, so I wanted something light.

Reaching the Marketplace, I observed the early bustle, the women from House Battle-Born and Gray-Mane glaring at one another as they purchased fruits, vegetables, spices, and meats.

Chuckling at that, I then laid my eyes on Carlotta, who was already attracting attention from the men, and some women, as they stared intently at her voluptuous breasts and shapely rear.

She was a beautiful woman, but...

"Mila, hand me a few leaks please."

"Of course Mama!"

Seeing her smile so gently at her daughter, many in the Marketplace swooned, only to flinch as that smile stiffened, looking more like a Sabrecats as she turned towards everyone.

Gulping, the people went back to what they were doing, avoiding the chilly face of Carlotta.

Beside Carlotta, I stared at the secret drug dealing Ysolda, her petite frame being hugged by her blue dress.

She was standing in front of Carlotta, gently laying a few Septims out before placing the leaks into her basket.

They were just two of the women in Whiterun I had an interest in, but for now...

I made my way towards the gate, where Warmaiden's was located.

Seeing Adrianne hammering away at her forge, I waved to her, watching as the dark Imperial wiped off her brow.

"Ah, Jeleia! What brings you here?"

Chuckling, I pointed to the half finished steel sword on her anvil.

"I promised to help, didn't I? We can trade places when we need breaks."

She smiled at me, nodding.

"Well, I have a few blades done over there. Do you mind sharpening them?"

Turning towards the tanning rack, I saw three finished blades leaning against the wall, the steel shining in the early morning light.

Picking up one of the blades, I sat down on the grindstone, peddling to start up the wheel.

Placing the blades edge on the wheel, I started grinding out the imperfections, watching as the edge grew sharper.

However, even after all that grinding, the description never changed, since I never used an ingot of steel to improve the blade.

"Adrianne, is this good?"

Getting up, I showed her the sword, the Imperial smith nodding appreciatively as she stared at it.

"Excellent. Finish another one, and then we'll switch."

Laying that sword gently on the Armorer Workbench, I scooped up the next blade, sharpening its edge.

As I worked I watched Adrianne swing her hammer, beating the steel into shape before placing it back in the hot forge.

Taking deep, even breaths, the woman wiped more sweat off her brow.

Her brown skin gleamed in the light of the forge, and I took in her figure, admiring her.

Glancing towards me, Adrianne just smirked, before returning to hammering out the blade.

Continuing to admire her, I finished sharpening the edge, placing it beside the first.

Getting up, I watched Adrianne finish hammering out the blade, which flashed.

She was now holding a normal steel sword, lifting it up and inspecting it for any bends or warps.

Nodding to herself, Adrianne stepped back allowing me to use the forge.

"So are you buying the blades from me or am I making them from your materials?"

Pursing her lips, she asked "How much would you want per blade?"

Now I pursed my lips.

A Steel Sword cost 2 Steel, 1 Iron, and 1 Leather Strip.

Honestly, it was cheap, about 50 Septims in total for materials.

"How about... 100 Septims a blade?"

Adrianne contemplated the offer.

After all, if I remember correctly, most Steel Swords sold for around 200ish Septims in the beginning of the game, and that was with the Speech Skill I currently had.

"Deal. I'll buy your Steel Swords for 100 Septims."

Nodding, I laid out the materials on the anvil, starting the process of forging.

The day went by quickly, with me forging 9 Swords.

{Smithing: 23 -> 26}

{Level 7 -> 8}

Increasing my stamina, I put a point into Stealth so that I could sneak up and get the first strike against my enemies.

Rolling my tense muscles, I nodded to Adrianne, who was panting slightly.

"Good work today."

"Yeah, good work Jeliea... Here, 900 Septims for the swords..."

Taking the purse, I waved her goodbye, walking under the dimming light of dusk.

Well, the night is still young, and while I could go make some more money over at the Dancing Moon, I want to see if getting into the Companions is still as easy as ever.

Walking silently past the crowded Marketplace, I went up the steps leading to the wilting Gildegreen, going past that as well.

Staring at the large Hall of the Companions, I took a deep breath, walking up the steps towards it.

The inside was loud with cheering and shouts, and as I opened the door I saw the familiar sight of Njada Stonearm beating down onto the thin Athis, who was trying to get a strike in on the stronger Nord.

Activating Analysis, I swept my eyes over the crowd, wondering where everyone stood.

{Female Nord, 22, Level 28}

{Male Dunmer, 24, Level 24}

{Male Nord, 25, Level 30 (Farkas)}

{Futa Imperial, 22, Level 23 (Ria)}

{Male Nord, 42, Level 12 (Vignar)}

{Male Nord, 23, Level 20 (Torvar)}

"Yeah, beat his ass Njada!"

"Come on Athis, fight like a man!"

"You call yourself a Companion!?"

Everyone was focused on the fight, but I could see Farkas turn towards me slightly, before nodding his head towards the stairs.

Nodding back to him, I made my way over to them, walking down into the Companions Sleeping Quarters.

Tilma the Haggard stared at me, asking "Oh, who may you be? Are you a newcomer?"

{Futa Nord, 54, Level 38}

"Yes ma'am, I came because Aela told me to."

Chuckling, she covered her mouth, saying "No need for formalities dear. I'm just a maid here. Now, Kodlak is down the hall, right there. He's the one you need to speak to. Good luck!"

I nodded to her, walking down the hall.

Even though she seemed to return to her duties, I could still feel her gaze on me, analyzing my movements.

It was... disconcerting, to have found that most of the maids in this city were much, much stronger than they appeared.

However, it also made sense so far; no one would expect the 'Haggard' old woman to be a warrior, nor would people pay that much attention to the Jarl's maids.

It seemed like even Irileth isn't aware of Fianna and Gerda's strength...

Shaking my head, I walked into the small room where Kodlak and Vilkas were talking, both falling silent as they stared at me.

"Who might you be, hmm?"
