Crossing the bridge, I made my way up the path Camilla pointed out, which lead up through the Southern Mountains.
At the end of the path was an old Nordic Watchtower that overlooked the White River.
Walking through the thin layer of snow on the rocky path, I smiled as I took in the crisp mountain air, enjoying the sound of crunching beneath my boots as I moved closer to the watchtower.
Reaching a small outcropping of rocks, I slid behind them, peering over them to see the three bandits talking at the entrance of the tower, two women and one man.
Wearing basic fur armor to help protect them from the biting wind, each bandit had a steel weapon on them, with one of the women having a hunting bow on her back, along with steel arrows.
Grinning to myself, I unslung my longbow and nocked an arrow, nodding to myself when I felt the wind quiet down.
Aiming at the thin woman with the bow, I let the arrow fly, watching as it soared through the air.
Nocking another one as I observed the first, I grinned when the arrow sunk into the womans chest, making her stagger back before collapsing to the ground.
Letting the other arrow fly, I clucked my tongue in disappointment when the man unknowingly moved to the side, causing the arrow to lodge itself in his shoulder.
Placing the bow back in my inventory, I took hold of my new steel axe, hefting it in my hand as I charged out from the rocks, towards the remaining two bandits.
The other female bandit turned, her eyes going wide as she drew her sword, gritting her teeth as she prepared to meet my attack.
I swung the axe down hard towards her head, making the woman raise her sword to meet the blade.
However, as my axe slammed into her sword, we both watched in amazement as my axe shattered her sword, the shards flying in all directions.
Feeling a few bite into my flesh, I grimaced slightly before swinging the axe again, cutting diagonally into her chest.
She cried out in pain, only to fall silent as I swung the axe into her neck, decapitating her.
Turning my eyes towards the last bandit, I grinned at him as he staggered away, pulling the arrow out of his shoulder.
Glaring at me, he tried to lift his steel mace with his uninjured left arm, only to scream as I severed his forearm.
Listening to the mace clang to the stone covered ground, I buried the spike of the war axe into his chest, piercing his heart.
Kicking his body off my axe, I watched as he fell to the ground, lifeless.
Grinning to myself, I looted their corpses, tossing my longbow to the side as I scooped up the archers hunting bow, as well as her steel arrows.
As for the other two, I only took the Septims and lock picks, wanting to save my inventory for the inevitable enchanted weapons and armor I would find inside, as well as that heavy as hell Dragonstone for Farengar Secret-Fire.
Entering the tower, I took an apple off the table, only to look down at my stomach as it grumbled.
Thinking about it, the only thing I've eaten in these last two days was an apple...
I didn't even get to try my Bear Stew since Gerdur and I had sex after I comforted her!
Sighing, I looked over the table before me, smiling as I saw the bowl of apples, leeks, and a loaf of bread.
Though, picking them up I grimaced, since they were almost frozen solid.
What if I put them in my inventory first...
Thinking that, I stored them inside the inventory before removing them, widening my eyes as they came out relatively 'room' temperature.
Sitting down, I chowed down on my pitiful meal, quickly eating the bread and apple, before munching on the leek as I walked up the stairs.
On the second floor of the tower was the staircase leading to the pinnacle, as the rest of the flooring had rotted away.
Reaching the small stone outcropping at the top, I kneeled in front of the locked chest, about to slide a lock pick inside when I stopped.
The iron lock was completely frozen over.
Sighing, I raised a finger, grinning like an idiot when a small ball of fire appeared at my fingertip.
With a giddy feeling in my heart I slowly melted the ice off the lock, frowning when I heard a slight crack.
Oh yeah, if a metal is brought from one extreme temperature to another it can crack...
Whatever.
Slipping the pick inside, I fiddled around with the lock, eventually hearing the satisfying click of it opening.
Throwing the lid off the chest, I looked inside, grinning at the sight of three steel ingots, two amethysts, and a small pouch filled with Septims.
Modest, but money is money, gems are always a solid thing to find, and ingots are needed.
After all, with such an easy crafting system that does the work for me, I can theoretically mass produce weapons for people, selling them to either the Stormcloaks or the Imperials.
Hell, even both!
Laughing, I went back down the tower, exiting it as I returned to the path, eventually rounding the bend to see the stairs leading to the entrance of Bleak Falls Barrow.
Just like in the game, almost a half dozen bandits patrolled the area, wearing a spattering of fur and metal armor, wielding steel weaponry.
If I was playing the game I would just rush forwards and tank those hits, but...
My flesh still stung slightly from where those shards of steel grazed my skin.
And if that was how I felt with just light, light wounds like that...
Well, I can't even imagine the pain of taking an actual hit.
Seeing a male Khajiit standing at the edge of the stairs, I nocked an arrow on my new bow, letting to soar through the sky towards his chest.
It easily pierced his fur armor, and I chuckled as he fell forwards, down into the large snowbanks surrounding the Barrow.
Sneaking forwards, I used the rocks to avoid detection, with the remaining five bandits not knowing that their companion had been killed.
Reaching the stairs, I took a few breaths before ascending, carefully placing my feet on the frozen stone as I climbed up.
Getting to the top, I looked both ways.
To my left were the two stone bird bridges, providing a vantage point for over the White River.
Standing on one of those little bridges was a bandit, humming to himself as he pissed off the side of the Barrow.
To my right was another set of stairs, leading towards the large, black iron doors.
Standing in front of each door was a bandit, with another one walking between them.
The last one was sitting on the stairs, his head resting in his hand as he yawned.
Sighing, I decided that I just...
Needed to quickly kill them all.
Nocking another arrow, I sent it hurtling towards the man on the bridge, the arrow sinking into his back and forcing him off the bridge.
Turning, I nocked another arrow and sent it flying towards the man on the stairs, getting two notifications as the arrow pierced his skull.
{Archery: 20 -> 21}
{Sneak: 18 -> 19}
The three bandits in front of the doors let out a shout, drawing their weapons as they charged towards me.
Sending another arrow quickly towards one of them, who was wielding a large steel warhammer, I unequipped my bow and drew my axe and coating my left hand in flames.
Channelling the magicka into a spike, I sent it hurtling towards the man with the warhammer, finishing him off before he reached me.
Only two remained; a woman with an axe like me, and another woman with her hands releasing sparks of electricity.
Seeing her cup her hands together, I sent a spike hurtling towards her as well, which she narrowly avoided.
However, as I attacked her the other woman reached me, swinging the axe down fast.
Spinning, I buried my own axe into her stomach when her blade clanged against the ground, making her grunt as I wrenched the blade free.
Grabbing her body, I pulled her in front of me, making her scream as the mage struck her with a bolt of lightning, charring her back.
Using her as a shield, I charged towards the mage, shoving the now dead bandit towards her.
She dodged the corpse, only to widen her eyes as a bolt of flames slammed into her ample chest, setting her fur armor alright.
Screaming, she bat at the flames on her, only helping it spread.
She started sprinting towards me, her entire body aflame as she drew closer.
Stepping aside, I watched as she hurled herself down the stairs, slamming into each with a meaty thunk.
Falling silent, the flames gradually died out under the sharp winds of the mountain.
Panting, I placed my axe back on my hip, looking around at the dead bodies.
I truly felt...
Nothing.
Actually...
It was euphoric, seeing them die.
Knowing that they helped inch me closer to a level up, helped hone my skills...
It was addicting.
Looting the bodies, I got more gold, lock picks, and a few slices of meat for some reason...
I guess it really is like the game huh?
Chuckling, I removed a pheasant breast from my inventory, which was somehow just as hot as if it came off the fire.
Oohing and Ahing, I devoured the meat, licking the juices off my fingers and lips.
It was perfectly cooked, well seasoned, and just the right temperature...
Man do I love this inventory!
Reaching the large doors, I took a deep breath, before gently, quietly opening them.
Time to truly enter Bleak Falls Barrow...

Not every chapter will be smut, like I said, but I will try and even it out by having more smut focused chapters before or after these combat chapters.
After all, this is first and foremost an Erofic.
