Chapter 53: I Don't Want This For You

Gemma still can't believe who she just saw in the living room. Miguel. What is he doing here? And he had asked her about the pregnancy how does he know about it? Did her parents change their minds and decided to tell him about it?

Gemma's heart was beating so fast against her ribcage, Miguel knows about the pregnancy, what does this mean? Is she still going to marry Juan? Will Miguel want the child? He most certainly does want the child that must have been the reason he decided to risk his life and show up here. 

Will he want to marry her? Will her parents agree for her to marry him? Does she even want to marry him? She doesn't even know what she wants she felt so confused. 

Gemma sighed. Not that what she wants matters anyway, her parents will be the ones to make that decision for her.
