[Fallout] - This world takes place on earth and is different from our own through a divergence point sometime after world war II. In this divergence, scientists uncovered how to use Fusion and Fission energy to rapidly advance humanity. Due to this rapid development, computers stuck to using vacuums and tubes and never advanced passed that to our modern computers, and their technology became much more advanced than ours in many ways.
Artificial Intelligence, Advanced Robotics, Energy Weaponry, Power Armor(suits of metal armor that would essentially make someone a walking tank, capable of absorbing large amounts of damage and dealing even more. Also granting them the strength to carry large weapons into battle, such as missile launchers, miniguns, Gattling Lasers(Laser Miniguns essentially), Tesla Cannons, and more.
Eventually, most of the rare and perishable resources were used all over the world and the world experienced resource shortages. The price of Gasoline skyrocketed to hundreds of dollars a gallon with some cases it rising even higher. Due to the resource wars, China invaded Alaska for the few remaining oil extractors still pumping out oil on US Soil. Due to this, and Canada refusing to let the US mobilize its troops through the Canadian borders, the US of A forcefully annexed Canada to get to Alaska and push back the Chinese forces out of US Soil. After this war, China and USA entered a kind of cold war, with china sending countless infiltrators to sabotage, assassinate, and deal as much damage as possible to the United States of America, with many signs of the Chinese being on US soil all over even long after the 'Great War' when nukes were launched all over the world.
After the Great War, very few people across the states survived, with the few controlled vaults made by Vault Tech, a corporation that built vaults all across the states, some were controlled vaults, vaults built to house thousands of people till its safe to leave after the fallout. However, a great many vaults were not controlled vaults, these vaults were built to test or experiment. Those inside these vaults had one thing in common, they didn't survive too long after the vault was sealed, and if they did, they never left the vault alive...
So, as the years went by, the people of the wasteland gathered and began trying to rebuild and live out the rest of their lives. Tribes, Cities, Raiders, Ghouls, many different ways of life and different kinds of people live and call the wasteland home.

[Giant Rats] - Rats mutated to the point they have grown to the size of dogs, these simple-minded beasts can easily take down your average man when attacking as a group, but can easily be dispatched individually with even low caliber weaponry, simple weapons, and tools. Prefer living in caves, burrows, and other dark roomy structures can be found mostly in abandoned Pre-War structures. [Danger: 3/10]
[Radscorpians] - Once just normal Scoripans, these mutated insects have grown to be as small as a small dog, to as big as a car. With venom delivered by stingers that can pierce through a man. With Radscorpians typically grouping together, they can easily overwhelm your average man, especially due to their highly aggressive and territorial nature and ability to survive against multiple small-caliber bullets. [Danger 6/10]
[Supermutants] - Once humans turned Super Mutants, these large green mutants with bulging muscles and superhuman strength and durability make the perfect foot soldier. Lacking in intelligence, it's best not to trust these mutants with anything other than simple tasks. Commonly found equipped with Hunting Rifles, Assault Rifles, Bumper Swords, and more. These Mutants can easily kill your average man without breaking a sweat even without weapons and typically group together. [Danger: 7/10]

[Zeref] - MC. Ex-human, now Cosmic being that looks like the Dark Star Xerath, Xerath is an Ascended Magus of ancient Shurima, a being of arcane energy writhing in the broken shards of a magical sarcophagus. For millennia, he was trapped beneath the desert sands, but the rise of Shurima freed him from his ancient prison. Driven insane with power, he now seeks to take what he believes is rightfully his and replace the upstart civilizations of the world with one fashioned in his image.
[Kyle] - First Customer, former Gang Member due to unfortunate circumstances. Determined to fulfill his goal no matter the consequences and will do it for whatever it takes.
[Frank Castle, The Punisher] - A Vigilante in New York City, the Punisher, Frank Castle, is known for being a brutal killer that puts down criminals permanently without a thought. Being an ex-marine, Frank is a highly skilled combatant that proves greatly with his crusade against crime, he has killed hundreds of criminals, if not more, and continues to kill. He is a broken man whose family was murdered by corrupt government officials, and he s determined to kill those who were responsible for his family's death.
