"Hata can l borrow any of your footwear please? " she pleaded "l don't care the size, any can do".

"My lady l know not of what you speak of" Hata replied in confusion.

"I mean any of your shoes or sandals or heels, anything whatsoever " Nessy said looking at her with pleading eyes.

"My lady, am sorry to disappoint you but we would be leaving now" Nasi said as she and Hata made their way to the door.

"What's wrong " Nessy asked in confused eyes "did l do any thing wrong? ".

"No my lady, not at all. Its just us my lady not you. You just sit and wait for his grace, he would be here in no time". Hata said, trying to convince her to let things be and wait for Geb.

"No Hata" she said stubbornly. "Something is definitely not right here, tell me what is going, exactly what is going on! " she ordered now getting annoyed.
