Chapter 2:Get Married Again

<p>"Chloe!!!"Lisa shouted her daughter's name."Yes mum, I'm coming"Chloe said."I'll be waiting".Lisa said with a calm voice. Few minutes later,Chloe came to the dining dressed with a blue shirt ,a short white skirt and she wore a pair of white canvas. She had her hair tied in a ponytail. Chloe is a beautiful 23 years old girl with a long blonde hair,fair in complexion and has a beautiful dimple. She is tall,has a perfect body shape every guy in the college is dying for. She has blue eyes,a pointed nose,soft cheeks and juicy soft pink lips. Chloe was recorded as one of the most beautiful girl in the college. Most girls jealous her because of her beauty while some befriend her because of her popularity but few people like her best friend, Phoebe, genuinely befriends her. Chloe went to meet her mum who is already eating her breakfast and joined her to have breakfast. "You look beautiful today"Lisa said."Mum,does that me I look ugly other days"Chloe said with a frown on her face."No baby girl,you look beautiful everyday"Lisa said."Thanks mum"Chloe said."So why do you look so beautiful today"Lisa asked."No reason mum, I just felt like wearing this outfit"Chloe said."Okay darling"Lisa said."What did you make for breakfast today"Chloe asked."Well,I made your favorite "pancakes and egg".Really!!!,Chloe said happily."Thanks mum"."It's been long since I had them for breakfast".I know that's why I made them "Lisa said."Okay less talking and more eating"Lisa said."Okay mum"Chloe said. Chloe finished her food and decided to tell her mum something she had wanted to tell her ."Mum" Chloe called for her mum's attention who was reading a book after having her breakfast."Yes my love,what is it"Lisa asked."Mum I want you to get married again"Chloe said."What!!!"Lisa shouted out of anger."Are you mad Chloe"."Mum what's wrong"Chloe asked."How do you expect me to get married"."I'm your mum and not your friend that will do whatever you want"Lisa said."But mum ,I need a father in my life"Chloe said."I'm both your mother and father so you don't need a father"Lisa said. Chloe was shocked because she has never seen her mother so angry."Mum is it because you still love dad?"Chloe asked without thinking."What is wrong with you Chloe?"."Why are you asking me this"."I thought I've told you not to bring up a topic about that man in this house"."And that man is my father" Chloe shouted."Young lady, don't talk to me in that tone"Lisa said."I just want a dad in my life". For goodness sake mum,I am 23 and yet I don't know anything about my father"."An I not old enough to know who my father is?"Chloe asked."Tomorrow's Father's day and I don't know who my father is"."My friends will celebrate tomorrow with their father and I'll stay all alone by myself like I always do every father's day"."Chloe I'm here with you"Lisa said."I don't want you ,I want a dad "Chloe said it with an angry look on her face."Chloe I can't get married."Besides I'm too old to get married"Lisa said."Mum, age is just a number and there is no law that states that you can't get married at an old age"Chloe said."I just want to have a father in my life"."I don't know my father, does that mean I can't still get a father"Chloe asked."My dear when the time is right I will tell you about your father but not now"Lisa said."You know what mum,I am late for college"chloe said while leaving the house angrily."I don't know what to do oh Lord"Lisa said to herself."I can't tell my daughter that I'm not even married to her father"Lisa said as tears drops from her eyes."How can I tell my daughter that her father ran away after impregnating me "."Chloe doesn't deserve a life like this without a father but I can't just get married again"Lisa said while crying.</p>
