It was midnight in America.

The editor of Nature, Esmond Bevan, was sleeping soundly.

At this moment, the phone beside his bed suddenly rang, waking him up.

Generally speaking…

It was very annoying to be woken up by a phone call in the middle of the night.

However, not only was Esmond Bevan not angry, but his face even showed a touch of excitement.

He did not answer the call immediately. Instead, he quickly went to the study and turned on his computer.

He had no choice but to return to his bed and continue sleeping.
