Chapter 3: I’m continuing this fic
Already edited the previous chapters so new world rules.
Their strength is still at the level that planetos can handle so dragons are still OP cause they are the apex of the planet regardless and can also use haki and devil fruits and are very intelligent like Skyrim's dragons. They can speak telephatically to people.
History of planetos remains unchanged until his birth from then on out is my choosing.
Devil fruit users are hated by the faith of the seven.
Haki is known around the world but the ways to train haki are guarded secrets by nobles and alike. One can still fumble to train it but it won't be as easy as a noble who knows what he's doing.
No harem but he would have dalliances and relationships with people but only one wife when he gets one. And he'll be loyal to her.
