Chapter 14: CH 14: The Kiss
The expression of the doctor was unclear because of the huge mask, but from the tone of his voice, it seems that he wasn't surprised to see the bunch :"hmmm…fratello e sorella Auditore insieme ad Ali (Auditore brother and sister along with Ali). Why am I not surprised?"
He gently grabbed Ezio's chin as he knew just how protective Ali is of her as he looked at her lip and eyebrow which had apparently been harmed as well :"you've made quite a mess of your face, young lady." But Ezio was still being the stubborn person that she is, be it a girl Ezio or a male one :"it's nothing, really."
Federico put his hands together in a begging or praying gesture as he mock begged :"you must help him! That pretty face is one of the few assets that Ali is attracted too. I don't want to lose my brother in law as soon as he said that there may be a chance between them!"
Ezio made the hand gesture that Italy is famous for and Ali tried as hard as he could to hold in his laughter as she glared at her brother :"vai a farti fottere (go fuck yourself)!" Federico laughed as the doctor put something in a piece of clothing and cleaned the wounds before taking care of them.

After he was done, he made a shooing gesture :"there we are. Now get out of here!" and they started walking away after Ezio thanked him :"grazie (thank you)." And they all followed Federico again :"this way. Quite a night!"
Ezio nodded with a laughter that shook Ali's heart just like always :"indeed. I only wish they were all as much fun… oh, wait! Mine and Ali's are!" they all laughed at the conversation before Federico turned around and stared at her light scars as he scratched his chin and said apparently to Ali :"I don't think the damage is that much. Just small scars, what do you think, Ali?"
Ezio didn't care that much about Federico's opinion or how he was gonna make fun of her, but she became a little fidgety when he passed the question to Ali, the person who she was beginning to really care about.
And thankfully and fortunately for her, he just tilted his head with a shrug as he smiled :"she was already extremely beautiful. But now, not only has her beauty not gotten damaged or lower, she actually looks cooler now. Don't misunderstand me, but I don't hate them at all. In fact, I even like them a little! So you don't n really need to worry that much about it, Miss bella e cool."
Federico smiled proudly as he completed his mission of not letting Ezio get insecure even though it's unlikely and watched as a small smile formed on his little sister's face. The cause of it being the younger man who was beginning to conquer Ezio's heart.
But the smile that formed on his own face from seeing his little sister happy quickly turned into a tight one when he noticed the atmosphere getting all lovey dovey again with him becoming the third wheel.
So with a sigh and a cough to gain their attention, he successfully changed the subject :"we should head home now, Ezio, Ali. Father is sure to be wondering where we've gone." They all nodded as Ali stretched his arms.
Ezio :"yes. And I'd rather avoid a lecture." Federico looked at them challengingly when he said that :"up for a little race then?" that caught Ali and Ezio's attention as they looked at him with cocked eyebrows :"to where?"
Federico looked around for a little before he finally chose his target :"uhh-roof of that church. And I'm telling you, I'm not betting. I already have pockets full of air and wouldn't want it to get even emptier. Now, on the count of three. Uno (one). Due (two). Tre (three)!"
He said before they all began the race :"baby sister and her man still much to learn!" the poor guy got out of the two love bird's field of sight as Ezio ran to the front of the church and started climbing from there while Ali went to the building beside it!
Ali thought that he had already won when she went up a little slowly and struggled while he just basically walked on the wall. But his relief turned into hurry when Ezio pulled off one of those smooth climbing moments!
But just as she reached the top of the building and wanted to start running to the winning point, Ali also jumped on the building, although the lower part. But just wen he pulled off the "running on wall" move and was about to reach the point of winning, Ezio stood on top of him and looked him down calmly with a smile from the winning spot.
Ali sighed through his teeth as he cursed out :"damn it…" before Ezio reached out her hand which he grabbed and she pulled him up with along with a laugh :"I win once again." Ali rolled his eyes with a salty hmph.
He folded his arms in front of him as he looked down at her :"yeah, you win this time-" but he was interrupted by the smiling and smug shorter beauty :"like each time." Causing Ali to playfully fume with his nose.
He spread his arms and put his hands on his strong waist with a cocky smile :"and you have bever beaten me in a fight." They narrowed their eyes at each other before breaking into a fit of laughter together as Federico finally reached the finishing point.
He shook his head with a smirk as he sighed :"such a love birds. I swear, you two can flirt anytime and anywhere without a care for the world or anyone beside you, huh? Why don't you two just get together already and spare us all the headache?"
Ezio hmphed with a small blush as she looked away and folded her arms under her impressive bust, making Ali's eyes widen before he turned his head but still kept stealing glances just like Ezio did towards him.
He shook his head with a chuckle as he nodded for them to follow :"come on, then. this way." Just for the two to look at him with confusion :"where are you going?" Ezio asked before getting an answer of :"you'll see."
They followed him, but Ali gulped as he had to be careful of where he was looking and grabbing because of Ezio's bubble butt being right above him. He didn't want to be a creep or anything, but it was still too juicy for him to not look at.
He was already happy that he wasn't just gawking at them cheeks and was just taking glances telling himself that he'll have all the time of the world to play with them all he wants after they start dating and become lovers.
He gulped as he held on to where he was grabbing as his mouth had gone dry from the sight and took one of his hands to fix the tight crotch and lead his younger and eternal brother down to his leg so it won't be too noticeable.
At least it was night and you couldn't see much. But he didn't know what he should do if Ezio activated her eagle vision to have a better look around at night. Like how he was doing to have a better view of that ass!
Yup, that's right! The other wish of Ali was that he wanted an eagle vision like Ezio's. cause it's really damn useful. And not just that, it is actually the combination of eagle vision and spidey sense from The Amazing Spider Man games!
But it doesn't have the whole tingle thing because he didn't want his life to be too much out of the ordinary. So it's just how it works when it's activated. You know, the world goes dark with the exception of enemies, friends and targeted items and people.
«if I added the real spidey sense, the fights would basically be pointless because nobody would be able to land a hit on him anyway. So I removed it for him to not be pointlessly OP. hope you like it this way.»
Anyways, back to reality. After climbing a little on that pillar or tower like viewpoint and Ali looking and checking out Ezio's bubble butt every so often hopefully without being noticed, Federico reached out his hand for Ezio to grab who then held her hand out for Ali to hold on too with a small blush.
Federico looked at them with a genuine smile as he patted his sister's shoulder :"it is a good life we lead, sister, brother in law." Both of them shook their heads in amusement as she then nodded :"the best. May it never change."
And patted his shoulder back as they all looked down on the city as Federico answered with a nod :"and may it never change us." Ali just chuckled with a deep sigh as he thought :'words spoken before disaster, huh?
A huge red flag at its finest. Sigh, I'm really sorry, Federico, uncle Giovanni. But I can't change your fates. And even if I could, I probably wouldn't. your deaths are inevitable. They created too much of a change and had a great influence in Ezio for me to try and mess with.
So, I'm really sorry.'
After a while of just staring, Federico finally thought it was enough :"alright. Enough of that. We really should head home. Let's go." This time, there wasn't anything going on with Ezio and Cristina, so there wasn't any "night time adventure" either.
And so they made their way back home without any problems while avoiding the small and bug like groups of Pazzi's men. After a while though, they safely reached home and parted ways to go to their room.
But Ali and Ezio were going together again even though I said that they don't sleep together. Wekk, the reason for that is because actually when Maria told the maid to take Ali's belongings to that room, she meant the empty room just beside Ezio's room!
So ever since that day, they wake up to see each other's face first thing in the morning and the last person when they are about to sleep. They were quite embarrassed and shy about it at first, but they got used to it and learnt to enjoy each other's company on top of it as the days went on.
As they walked slowly towards their rooms, Ali smiled at the situation :"crazy night, huh?" his question pulled a laughter from Ezio as she nodded :"yeah, really crazy. The fight with those weak lackeys, the scar I got and the race. It was really fun, though."
Ali nodded again with a genuine smile because of Ezio's happiness :"yeah, it was crazy fun hahaha. How's your lips, though? Do they hurt? What about the side of your eyebrow?" towards the end of his sentence, they finally reached the door of their rooms and stopped as Ali caressed Ezio's face gently.
Ezio blushed at the action as she felt Ali's strong but gentle hands on her face, but didn't back away from the contact. That alone gave Ali the courage to fully palm the side of her face and rub it gently with his thumb as his blood red eyes closed slightly as they looked into Ezio's brown ones.
She blushed even more as the moon light shone on Ali's handsome face and showed just how beautiful he is in the embrace of the darkness. She gently shook her head as she leaned a little into Ali's touch as her eyes also got hooded slightly :"no, it's alright now."
She whispered as she was afraid that she would mess up the atmosphere if she talked too loudly. The heart beat of both of them rose drastically as Ali leaned forward slightly, as if asking for permission.
A permission that was granted to him by Ezio who also leaned forward slightly and started to slowly close her eyes. As he also did the same, their heartbeat got even faster somehow as their lips neared each other in the moon light.
And they finally connected as they gently kissed each other. But in that gentle kiss, they showed all the love that had formed in the past few months of knowing each other. After a few moments, their lips disconnected as they looked right into each other's loving and hooded eyes.
Ali flashed her a genuine smile as he caressed her face :"so~… are we a couple now? Cause I would really love that to happen." Ezio also smiled comfortably and nuzzled into Ali's hand as she nodded :"mhm, that's right. We are lovers now… right?"
They both giggled and chuckled at the warm interaction as Ezio kissed Ali before backing away and giggling at the clearly surprised Ali :"good night, Ali, my love. Mwah." And she blew a kiss at him before opening the door and walking in.
Ali's mind got clear again from how hazy it had gotten because of the atmosphere before he made a fist and smiled brightly with victory! After dancing silently a little, he finally noticed the a light from the corner of his eye.
And he froze in place as he blushed with embarrassment when he saw Maria smiling knowingly at him with a candle in one of those things that hold candles in her hand. She waved him goodbye as she walked away and Ali walked into his room with a blush of shame.
