Chapter 388: Ella's Pregnancy Wish.

After Dr Julie had certified Ella completely fit to go home, she invited the couple to her office and counseled Ella on the dos and don't of pregnancy especially as she was now expecting two instead of one child.

Dr Julie gave Ella a detailed list of food that is healthy for pregnant women and other food that she must try to avoid or eat in lesser quantity. She encouraged Ella to always stay active and to avoid diving or playing some kind of dangerous sports. She emphasized that Ella should endeavor to take enough rest and try not to overwork herself in any way. She admonished Ella to monitor the baby's movements and call on her if she observes any abnormality.
