Chapter 97: Energy condensation stage 

Frank went into deep thought.

Of course he knew that it was much more complicated than that, but he wouldn't say what he didn't know for sure.

"The energy condensation stage allows the cultivator to take energy into the body, filter it and condense it into one's own energy," Arthur explained.
