Chapter 271: CHAPTER 269: SERVING THE PEOPLE

After sending off Ruby and Clarissa, Diamond and Garnet headed for the Cherry Court complex.

With so much business brought to her, Diamond didn't have any strength to pay outside. Besides, her sister was a big girl, and she didn't want to look like a sis-con who couldn't even give her sister space.

As an adult, Ruby should be left to experience life on her own. As a big sister, she had done her best to give Ruby pieces of advice based on her experiences.

As long as Ruby was cleverer and goal-oriented than what she used to be in her freshman year, Diamond didn't doubt that her sister would soar higher and in a good way.

She didn't want Ruby to grow up in her shadows and be known as Diamond's little sister. Ruby was her own person, and she was hoping to see that soon.

So, unless it was necessary, Diamond decided that she wouldn't be dropping anywhere near Ruby in the future.
