Chapter 32: Christopher 'Chris' LaSalle x Little Sister!LaSalle!Reader Part Two

You and Chris were sent on a mission, you were the main player. Chris was just protection for this detail. As you were an analyst and had a higher IQ than the whole team besides maybe Sebastian, you were going under cover in a government agency. Chris was playing the part of the veteran older brother who had just gotten back from his last deployment, who was looking for a part time job. The killer was after those who worked in the building you were undercover in and who had pulled strings to get a veteran sibling a position in the company. You bought A.X.L along with you as a service animal which wasn't really a lie, he was a service animal. He helped you with your traumatic past, he helped with you dealing with the emotions of being held hostage by a serial killer. The serial killer had killed those similar to you, and after you had been recused, you had been to therapy to understand what had happened and how best to get through the day. The suggestion of a service animal had been an idea at the start but had morphed into reality after a panic attack had crippled you at work which was how A.X.L had come into your life.

A.X.L sniffed around the office as you walked around your office checking for bugs and other recording devices, having checked your computer for keystroke logins and other such devices. "Okay, office is clear." You used your coms, talking to Patton. You plugged in the flash-drive that Patton had given you, "Alright, let's see what this company is hiding." Patton started to hum the Mission Impossible theme song as he started to hack into the company's files. A.X.L started to wag his tail almost to the beat. "Will you please stop humming that?" You asked and Chris who was on the same frequency started to hum the James Bond theme. "Oh god, Christopher, shut it."

"Quit calling me Christopher."

"Should I call you James Bond then?" The quip had slipped out before you noticed. "Damn." You muttered. Patton started laughing as Sonja and Tammy groaned. "LaSalle, Chris LaSalle."

"Oh god, Y/N, you just had to call him that didn't you?"

"Sorry Sonja, Tammy." You continued with your analysing of the company's files, while James Bond (Christopher LaSalle), was working his angle. You were walking along the hallway, head in a file, no closer to the end of the case than you had been at the beginning. When you were hit over the head by something. Waking up, you realised you were tied to a chair and someone was standing over in the corner. A.X.L was growling in the corner, he didn't move from his position. You noticed he was tied to the desk. The killer began to monologue about why he was doing this and why he deserved this promotion. A.X.L growled once again. He also spoke that he had killed the marines because he was worthy of the job not them. Christopher had shot the guy in the leg when he had pointed the gun at him and A.X.L had bitten the guy on the arm.

Now the team was sitting around the office, watching James Bond films. "LaSalle, Chris LaSalle." Your brother tossed a piece of popcorn into his mouth. "Shut up, Chris."

"I am Chris LaSalle, I don't shut up just because you ask me too."

"Isn't that the truth." You muttered. Your brother gave you a writhing look to which you dumped the popcorn over his head. The team burst into laughter as A.X.L run around licking the popcorn up off the floor.
