Chapter 149: CHAPTER 149

　　The surgery had finally been performed on Travis and he was back home after staying a week in the hospital. There was a bandage wrapped around his eyes as he waited for recovery and his next appointment with the doctor.

　　“Let go of me and bring out Mitch because I know that she is in there!” They heard some voices as they had lunch.

　　“Mitch what that noise?” he questioned the little girl who looked as lost as he was.

　　“I don't know Father Travis,” she replied, staring just everywhere.

　　“Let's go before I involve the cops!” the angry voice let out.

　　“What's happening?” Travis questioned worriedly but before he could say anything further the Striding footstep was now very close and the voices were now very clear.

　　“What's happening here, Mitch!” Travis asked, acting perplexed.

　　“You useless child, how could you run away from home!” Shantelle said trying to pull the little girl from her hair but she was pulled away.
