Chapter 141: CHAPTER 141

　　Rose comes to a stop in the hallway, she holds her chest very tightly and feels the erratic beating of her heart. That soft, pink hue is still present on her red cheeks.

　　Her feet seemed to be giving out as they wouldn't stop wobbling.

　　She was practically in shock as she staggered quickly to leave the event while in tears. Her brown eyes were filled with undiluted confusion, why did this have to happen to her tonight?

　　Rose was basically incapable of saying anything but was being held by the arms and swirled around.

　　“Rose please just wait and listen to me,” Jessica uttered while trying to hold her struggling daughter who won’t spare her a listening ear.

　　“Please talk to me, this is all your father’s fault!” Jessica blurted and that had made Rose more curious and less aggressive.

　　“Rose please, I want you to talk to me because I’m your mother!” Jessica retorted while trying to rub Rose’s hair but she shoved her hand away.
