Chapter 54: Chapter 54 Devile's gift

The milieu surrounding Devile's house that morning was breezy and refreshing. The rays of the sun grazed through the glass windows sending a blaze of light to illuminate the entire house. Mira could hear the wind whoosh from outside and for some reason she had a good feeling about that day. Maybe it was because that was the day that Devile was going to hold his house warming party. A day that she has been waiting for. Mira had always felt excited about parties and whenever a time like that was approaching, she wouldn't hesitate in making sure that she was a part and parcel of it.

She sat on her bed with all legs crossed, her face glanced down at the book which she held in her hands. It was the same book that she saw in her room when she was still a fresh occupant of the room. It was the book, PRIEST. She had been so engrossed with the contents of the book that even though she had finished it, she started all over again and read through.
