I closed off my link to Sin. He would just try to convince me to come back. I needed to find the man who did this. He made my mate hurt another, he threatened her, and he made a mockery of my entire pack time and time again. He needed to learn that wouldn't stand. I caught his scent and ran in the direction it led. Sylvia's emotions began to run through the bond we had. She was worried, not even angry, just worried. She was too kind for all of this. She deserved better. 

"Looking for me?" I heard his voice and turned to see his red eyes through the darkness. He was lounging against a tree, another bubble shield in front of him. "I would love to talk, but you being shifted and all, well I can only assume you came all the way out here to find me."
