Walking up to the opposite side of the battle field, the dimly lit stadium starts to light up making the whole field now visible.
A rocky Terrain with a decent amount of rocks to find cover from attacks, if need be.

"Hello trainer, is this your first gym battle?" Brock questions, while standing up.
"Yes this will be my first ever gym battle."
"The initial rush of gym battles has declined lately after three months of the gym circuit starting, are you a late starter?"
"Yeah, I'm from Pallet Town! Everyone from that town starts at the same day." I respond "Has anyone else from Pallet Town battled in this gym yet?"
"Your the first one to my knowledge so far, but lets save the pleasantries. Most of the trainers I've faced at the start of their journey are weak, show me what's so different about you compared to those quitters!" Brock shouts as he prepares himself by grabbing a Pokeball from a little table next to him.
The little stand in question is currently in possession of 5 Pokeballs because of Brock grabbing the initial closest one.
Right after this Brock proceeds to make some hand gestures and soon after a little kid comes out from the dimly lit stands to the outer middle of the field, the now visible kid can be seen with similar features to Brock, starts to talk.
"This is an official Public match between the Gym Leader Brock and Green from Pallet Town for the Boulder Badge!
This match is decided by the challenger of having a two-on-two battle where the official rules state only the challenger can switch Pokemon between the match!"
Getting confused for a moment not knowing how they identified me, but shortly after realised they might of scanned my face when I entered the gym.
Now grabbing Totodile's Pokeball I start to focus up and proceed to throw my Pokeball as the Referee blows the whistle.
"Totodile!"
"Geodude!'
Expecting the match up, I start to scan Geodude.
[Species: Geodude (Dwayne Johnson)
Junior Tier (lvl 14)
Gender: Male
Type: Rock/Ground
Ability: Rocky Head (Take no recoil damage)
Basic Information: This Geo has barely trained as it is one of many Geodudes who help the gym leader fight trainers. It's been given the minimum training with not much separating it from others. It's currently the average size a Geodude can get and is in general very lax in nature.]

Geodude is a decent Pokemon. Its main weakness from my quick look over his stat page is his speed and attack power which I will take full advantage of.
"Lets go Geodude, use Rock Throw." Brock commanded.
Geodude soon after proceeded to punch the floor multiple times while grabbing a few rocks sending them on their way to hit Totodile.
"Totodile, use water gun on the rocks!"
Totodile being no slouch, quickly responds with a water gun, precisely sniping the rocks mid air countering Geodude's Rock throws.
Unknown to me though, Geodude has made a defence of rocks around itself blocking it from view. But for just a split second a blue sphere could be seen circling the middle of the wall of rock.
'Geodude's probably using a defence curl." I think to my self.
Soon after seeing this I quickly reacted.
"Totodile, use water gun to send youself up and use aqua jett!"
Totodile using water gun quickly propels itself upwards with the help of water gun and shortly after surrounds itself with water. Soon after this, Totodile with full momentum hurls itself against Geodude.
Geodude, not being able to react, gets sent a few steps back as he's able to take the damage somewhat because of the defence curls he's used. But this didn't fully negate the super effective move too well though.
"Totodile, Leer."
The now flinched Geodude suddenly gets affected by leer and lowers his guard town a bit.
"Geodude, Mega Punch"
Geodude, currently in close proximity to Totodile hurriedly complies and uses a mega punch by enhancing its arm. The mega punch, shortly after was able to get a direct hit on Totodile.
Totodile now knocked back a few metres away, quickly recovers. After this hit Totodile started to gasp for air seemingly in dire need to breathe.
"Totodile, water gun."
"Geodude, rollout."
Totodile quickly reacts, using a water gun directed at Geodude. But Geodude shortly after uses Rollout countering the water gun and eventually getting in close hitting Totodile, sending it towards a rock crashing.
"Geodude, keep at it!" Brock shouts
Looking over at Brock, you can see an impressed look on his face. The now rolling Geodude started to speed up even more while breaking a few boulders on its path, on the way to Totodile scaring the poor Pokemon even more.
'I'll need to stop that Geodudes movement for a little bit.'
Geodude was getting quite a few good hits on Totodile, so I need to finish this match quick and trap him.
"Totodile, mud-slap against the floor infront of you and dodge!"
The now dazed Totodile snaps out of it and quickly uses mud-slap against the floor. The now rolling Geodude unable to change its course immediately gets a quick stop as it hits the huge mud puddle on the floor.
"Totodile, aqua jett"
"Geodude defence curl!" Brock shouts with a helpless look.
Gedude quickly trying to use defence curl fails as a Totodile surrounded by water hounds him by constantly ramming itself against the Pokemon. After a few more hits the Geodude couldn't keep it up anymore and gets sent crashing at a rock with swirls in its eyes.
"Totodile!"
Totodile started to hop around celebrating its first gym battle win.
"Good job." I say softly feeding Totodile a Pokeblock.
Soon after this I retrieve Totodile back into her Pokeball and grab our a different Pokemon.
"That was an amazing battle Green, your Totodile is an excellent Pokemon! Based on that battle alone I could give you the gym badge, but the battle isn't over yet. I'll send out my last Pokemon!"
Hearing Brock, I start to smirk as I toss my other Pokeball, with Brock doing the same thing.
"Bulbasaur!"
"Onix!"
'Damn! That Onix is bigger than my Crystal Onix!' I scream to myself as I start to scan the rock snake.
[Species: Onix (The rock snake Pokemon)
Junior Tier (lvl 17)
Gender: Female
Type: Rock/Ground
Ability: Rock head (The said Pokemon doesn't take any recoil damage)
Basic Information: This Onix has been trained decently as it's the gym leaders personal Pokemon. This Onix is very obedient being raised by its trainer from when it was young. It's 1.1 times bigger than the average adult Onix.]
