Chapter 26: Chapter Twenty-Six:

Hudson:

Watching her fix the car turned me on so hard, she was now pinned to the hood of her car. Unbuttoning the buttons of her shirt with my teeth, my trembling hands ripping off her skirt. Ripping off my shirt, the night air nipped my skin. Running over my hands over her curves, stopping on her bump. Pride swelled in my heart, she was carrying my pup. Putting her hands up, she bent down to her knees. Fumbling with the button, my jeans slide to my ankles. Her sweet lips wrapped around my thick girth, her hand stroking me while her other hand cupped my balls. Grabbing her hair, this felt so good. An owl hooted in the tree above us, the night air filling with the screams of the animals. Night birds sang their songs, moans pouring from my lips. What was this sensation? Why did it feel so good?

"Evie, you need to slow down or I will cum in your mouth. I want to fill you with my seed." I groaned huskily, her lips sucking harder. Sucking on my head, it was too much to bear. Shooting me a devious smile, she pinned me to the hood. Her fangs traced my skin, the love bites sending my wolf into a frenzy. Flipping over, she pressed her breasts to the hood. Wagging her ass, it was too much to resist. Sliding into her, a small gasp of euphoria poured from her lips. Grabbing at the hood, goosebumps popped up. Slapping her ass roughly, the suspension bounced with us. The bushes rustled behind us, neither of us caring. A tender blush rose to her cheeks, my fingers swirling around his swollen clit.

"Faster, Alpha!" She cried out sensually, her voice cracking. "I want you to go faster!" Shaking my head, I picked her up. Opening the back door, her laughter twinkled in my ears as she pulled me down. Pinning me down, her inner wolf had taken over. Howling in the car, her lips brushed my skin. Sinking onto me, she bounced up and down. Squeezing her breasts roughly, she called out my name. The windows fogged up, her hand pressing against the window. Groaning gruffly, this was heaven. Tracing her body, my wolf told her to hang over the back of the seat. As if she heard, a hungry growl rumbled in my throat as she pressed her body against the back of the seat. Crawling up to her, my fangs sank into her neck.

"Hudson!" She screamed euphorically, cupping my head as jammed myself into her. "Punish me like the alpha you are." Bucking my hips roughly, she moaned loud enough for the whole world to hear. Gripping the blanket on the seat, the tone or her screams telling me that she was about to climax. Clutching her close to me, we both cried out the moment we orgasmed together. Collapsing next to me, Grappy knocked on the car window. Scarlet burned our cheeks, his hands holding our clothes. Opening the door slightly, she snatched our clothes. Tossing them on real quick, shame dimmed her eyes the moment she hopped out. Beaming with pride, my wolf didn't care. Spinning her around, my lips kissed hers lustfully. Refusing to let go, Grappy cleared his throat.

"I am glad you validated your marriage again for the millionth time but I would like to go home to my Bloodsworth." He called me to check in on me." He whined softly, rubbing the back of his neck. "I kind of want to have my own fun. I would fly, but my brother broke my wings. He didn't bother you, did he?" Smiling warmly at him, she took his hands. A rosy pink burned his cheeks, pressing a white feather into his palm.

"You wouldn't believe it, but he said he would be my friend." She chirped cheerfully, feeling proud of herself. "He didn't even have to kill me. He shouldn't be bothering you anymore. Although, I have no problem killing him if I have to." A lump formed in his throat, a nervous chuckle tumbling from his lips. Both us stood in wonder at the fact that she made friends without even trying, the two of them embracing. Ruffling his hair, the keys jiggled as she climbed into the driver's side.

"Hopefully she starts up like a dream." She whispered to herself, crossing her fingers. "I will have to repaint the hood unfortunately. That is nothing I can't manage myself." Relief washed over her face, the engine roaring to life. Looking out the back window, she peeled out of the road. Turning on the radio, alternative rock killed the awkward silence. My breath hitched at the sight of her, the moonlight hitting her just right, Grappy and her singing the songs. Flashing me her real smile, my heart fluttered. She looked so free right now, the wind blowing in her hair. Offering me her hand, my fingers wrapped around hers. This felt so good, her skin touching mine. Nothing needed to be said, the three of us happy to be alive. The tires crunched to a halt outside of the gate, the wooden door swinging open. James guided us in, Bloodsworth waiting impatiently. Grappy leapt out of the back, Bloodsworth smashing into him. The black velvet suit he wore matched the vibe of Grappy's suit, his purple shirt looking sleek. Kissing each other passionately, Evie fussing over his wings.

"I am going to have to borrow Grappy for a bit." She said calmly, feeling where his wing was broken. "Just give me a few minutes, and if you hear screaming don't come running." Dragging him into the house, we all followed silently. The downstairs bathroom door was locked, howls of pain rattling the other side of the door.

"Let me out!" Grappy shouted desperately, his fingers peeking out from under the door. "I can live with broken wings." Crashing ensued, a battle raging in the locked room. Cracks echoed in the house, both of us wincing with each one. More items toppled to the ground, the door swinging open. A broken looking Grappy laid on the white tile floor, light braces covering various parts of his wings. Evie stepped out, clapping her hands together. The triumphant grin that scared us all, her chest swelling with pride. Offering my hand, he graciously accepted. Fright rounded out his eyes, melting into Bloodsworth arms.

"So scary." He mumbled under his breath, shivering in his arms. Evie leapt downstairs with cleaning supplies, her nose broken. Blood poured from her nose, a growl rumbling in my throat. Wrapping her arms around my waist, they scurried upstairs. Once they were gone, her head rested against my back. The bucket of cleaning supplies crashed to the floor, liquid pooling at our feet.

"Oh, sorry." She apologized tiredly, snapping her nose back into place. "He got rowdy, when I finished breaking the bent bones. He will get better but I kind of had to scold him. I hope he doesn't hate me for the rest of my life." Taking her hand, the chair creaked as I sat her down Wiping the blood from underneath her nose, her eyes kept falling on the mess. Refusing to meet my gaze, her eyes hid a ton of pain.

"Where are you hurt?" I queried gently, examining every inch of her arms. No bruises could be found, blood dripping from the corner of her lips. Horror widened my eyes the moment I lifted up her shirt, a huge black and blue covering her ribs. Bowing her head in shame, she crossed her hands. When did she get this? Did Grappy hit her by accident or did she crash to the floor? Rubbing the back of her neck, tears welled up in her eyes.

"I didn't want to tell you, but I fell on my side a couple of days ago." She admitted with defeat, trying to smile the pain away. "It happened when I turned into a wolf, and was climbing up the mountain. A rock slammed into me, and it has made it hard to breathe sometimes. I think they are broken, but they are refusing to heal. I didn't want to worry you, so I have been covering it up. I didn't want you to remember our fight or anything." Guilt dimmed my eyes, my arms wrapping around her shoulders.

"I don't ever want you to hide an injury from me again. Maybe we can get Dr. Sal-" I began, her touch on my shoulder stopping me. Snuggling into my arms, she shook her head weakly. Sniffing her neck, her scent melted all of my anxieties away.

"He won't help all that much." She informed me gingerly, my inner wolf flinching at her words. "It was inflicted when I changed out of cycle. It will take about a human's amount of time to heal. If you excuse me I have a mess to clean up." Attempting to get up, my strong arms held her down. Biting my lips, this was not okay. Shoving me off of her, the useless feeling torturing her. Scooping her up, this wouldn't do. Carrying her upstairs, Latia brushing past us.

"I'll clean up the mess." She called out happily, winking at me. "Our Luna seems tired." Her short hair was the last thing I saw as we entered our bedroom. Laying her down on the bed, her stubbornness began to piss me off. Trying to sit up, my hands wrapped around hers. My breath hitched at the sight of her annoyed face, an idea coming to mind. Chuckling to myself, the curious look on her face made my heart skip a beat.

"Do you remember the time you made me lay down when I got a cold after our parents died?" I mused playfully, playing with her hair. "Well this time it is my turn to take care of you. You will lay down, and you will take the medicine I tell you to take." Clutching her chest, a fit of laughter burst from her lips. Smiling warmly in my direction, her fingers intertwined with mine.

"You really are something, aren't you? You always were just as stubborn as me." She commented softly, coughing up a bit of blood. "You refused just about everything that day until I kissed you on your cheek. I wanted to tell you that I loved you then, but the words refused to leave the tip of my tongue. What would you have done if I told you?" Her eyes twinkled with excitement, her curious grin pleasing my heart. Kissing her sweetly, she dragged me onto the bed.

"I would have pulled you into bed with me, and kissed you until I felt better." I admitted honestly, tracing her cheek. "Just like this." Cupping her face, my lips pressed against hers sensually. Refusing to let go, she melted into my arms. Releasing her from my spell, the gentle scent of my mate made me want more of her.

"Can I tell you something?" She confessed happily, playing with my hair. "I laid next to you while you slept that day. You pulled me onto the bed in your sleep, and said that you loved me. I didn't want you to let me go. Every time I tried to escape, you refused to let me go." Scarlet rose to my cheeks, a yawn pouring from her lips. Gentle snores told me that she was sleeping, the memory of that day making me smile to myself. Clutching her close to my chest, wishing to myself that moment would never end. The door burst open, James staring around the room. Running up to me, panic gripped his face. His face paled, the bed creaking as I sat up. Plopping onto the corner of my bed, his whole body trembled.

"I think I screwed up with Selena. We got into a fight and she is gone." He blurted out in a distraught tone. "I can't find her. She said she had something to tell me. I can't believe that I screwed up this bad." Cupping the side of his head, his slicked back hair hung wildly around his face. What was it with our women running away?

"Did you check where the fire happened?" I asked quietly, trying not to wake her up. Biting his lips told me that he did, his suit all disheveled. Looking back down at Evie, she would understand if I helped out James real quick. Jerking awake, she swung her feet over the edge.

"I know where she is!" She shouted, running clumsily down the stairs. "You guys coming?" Panic twisted my face, her legs giving out on her halfway down the stairs. Leaping in front of her, my arms caught her just in time. Placing her on my back, her real smile caught my eyes. A tender blush rose to my cheeks, James rolling his eyes. Tapping his foot incessantly, the message was received.

"Well where is she!" He demanded hotly, an unimpressed look dawning on Evie's face. "I need to see her!" Nodding her head sarcastically, sharp words sat on the tip of her tongue. Flashing her a don't you dare look, she ignored me anyways. She was going to make me lose one of my only guy friends in this world.

"I didn't get into a fight with her, so you have no say in anything." She retorted venomously, flipping him off. "I like you James, but you need to come up with a way to apologize to her. What is her favorite food? What is her favorite flower? Why did you even fight in the first place?" The myriad of questions only pissed him off, her motherly stare intimidating him into answering her.

"We were talking about marriage, okay!" He screamed into the ceiling, waving his hands around. "I don't want another divorce in my life, so sue me." Giving him a bitter hmm hmm, she sighed deeply. Leaping off of my back, the walls were the only thing that held her up. Stopping in the middle kitchen, she felt the floor for a trap door. Opening it up, she pulled out a bag of gemstones.

"You should ask her." She exclaimed irritably, rolling out the whole bag. "She is your mate, and you are bound to love each other until the moon sets for you. Which one speaks to you?" Motioning to the gems in front of her, he pointed to the emerald gem. Winking in his direction, she tossed it up in the air. White energy swirled around the stone, her face scrunching up with pain. The piece of jewelry floated into her palm, all of us gasping. Twisted golden branches danced around an emerald heart, a coughing fit wracking her body. Blood covered her palm, the ring sitting in her waiting hand.

"Thanks." James stammered oddly, Evie shivering on the floor. Fury boiled in my veins, her condition now worse because of him. Scooping her up, she pointed out the door. The three of us climbed up a couple of hills outside of town, Serena sitting in the field of dancing flowers. Her wild curls danced in the evening breeze, her white lace summer dress a sharp contrast to the sea of colorful flowers. Turning to leave, he grabbed her wrists.

"Go on." She warned icily, coughing up more blood. "Please go fix things. Ask her to marry you. That is your solution. How about we watch from a distance?" Accepting her offer, we hid behind the bushes. James cleared his throat, Evie messing his hair up a bit more.

"There you go." She continued drowsily, fixing his suit. "You should wear your hair like this more. Off you go." Both of us stifled laughter, watching him approach her cautiously. Getting down on one knee, his mouth moved. Judging by the reaction of Selena, she said yes. Tears of joy flooded from her eyes, James spinning her around. Kissing her sweetly, Evie climbed onto my back. Walking back home, he winked back at us. Love was in the air, Evie being my one true love.
