Chapter 301: a guardian

The autumn hunt was a festival that marked the beginning of winter in the imperial city. At the autumn hunt, Zhai Tianyu as the Emperor was responsible for hunting an animal that was plump and healthy which would signify a bountiful winter where no one would go hungry even though the forest, crops and everything else will be covered in snow.
