Strange energies
The sounds around her were a mix of muffled noises and unclear sounds of humans talking some distance away as they did not seem to be within the room.
The old lady had felt that her body was very weak and strange as if she had become a baby once again. "Did the serum work? Hmm.. it seems that it may have worked too well and has taken me back to my baby form. First, I must find out what had happened within the lab since it seems that I am no longer there and have been taken somewhere else. It must be them! They must have come to steal my research! On the plus side, I will no longer have the problem of being unable to look after myself and I will not starve so I will let them off a little when I get my revenge."
Her current belief was that after she had passed out, she had succeeded in her experiment and turned into a baby.
She had come to the conclusion that due to her current state, she may have died anyways so she was not too upset even if someone had intruded into her laboratory and also had bad intentions so long as she was able to get past the stages in growth where she could walk and do things for herself.
She had felt a large amount of pain in her head as she had passed out and was flooded with a large amount of blurry images, darkness and the occasional sound or voice. 'What is going on? So strange?'
She could make out many images surprisingly well as if her analytical ability and her overall brainpower had been greatly improved.
She quickly filtered through the new information and quickly understood everything even if there was very little. 'Huh? This is not my memory! What is going on?'
She calmed herself and continued to go through everything. 'So the blurry figure is supposed to be my father? Wait what is he doing? He changed in appearance suddenly! What about the mother? He has showed a look of indifference as he coldly stated that she had died in childbirth.. his eyes are so full of indifference and cruelty the closer I get. Where is he taking me? Is this hell? It is so dark and sinister? Pain.. so much pain.. what is he doing to me?"
She could feel the pain and feeling of weakness from the persons memories that followed as a dark and sinister energy was pushed into her body after being brought to the strange place.
As she was getting closer to death, the weird looking man had revealed displeasure as he stated. "Another failure. It cannot remain here since it is not suited to this place. Send it to the human world."
Someone had appeared and carried her out from the darkness as they travelled through some kind of door or gate that lead back to where she had been previously before she was abandoned.
The memories continued as the pain and weakness increased until everything became dark and she thought to herself. 'A test? Is that dark energy something of an evil nature? Were those demons? If so then am I possibly a test subject of the demon race? Where am I? This cannot possibly be my own body and world!'
She had started to panic at the thought of dying and starting again in a new body within a new place but her improved mental abilities that were much better than her previous life had helped to restore her calm mental state. 'Strange.. it is as if I have improved mental abilities. Judging from the feeling I have, it should be past what normal humans should be capable of so is this the result of my soul being strengthened by the serum before my death or is it a trait that belongs to the original body owner?'
She could also faintly sense a strange power that was very faint within her body as it was being corroded by another power that had an opposing nature. 'Is this why the original body had died and why I feel so weak?'
She locked onto the weak power within her body as it had linked up with her mental abilities and she was able to gain control over it. 'Hmm.. I was right in my assumption. Whatever the dark energy was… it was not suited to my body so it could be something similar to a type of supernatural or magical energy with an evil nature while the one inside my body is of another nature. I should just call them both demon or evil energy and magical or life energy for now.'
She could feel that the sinister energy was not suited to her bodies constitution as it was causing her harm and it was causing her own energy to be suppressed by the evil energy.
As a master of biology and many other fields, she was naturally able to figure out how to expel it if she wished to use the remaining energy to efficiently repel it from her body a little at a time but she still had her suspicions surrounding the people outside of the room so she started controlling her energy and started to push out just enough of the evil energy from her body to allow her to remain healthy for the next couple of days before the energy becomes a threat to her life once again. 'The question still remains, where am I? Why is there a hell or demon realm here and why is there a type of energy within my body? Also what was the fathers plan? He looked like a demon too but the mother was a human so is it an interracial experiment to try create a demon with high magical potential from birth or something similar? If so then it must be that I had inherited the magical or supernatural ability or something else but the body does not accept the evil energy that the father wished for so he abandoned me like probably many others. He will probably continue until he has achieved his goal. What a deadbeat dad!'
She was not yet sure about the nature of her magic or energy but it seemed as if she was a demon and human hybrid that was not suited to dark or evil types of energy and abilities that would be created from the use of the energy so she had to somehow find her own path in the world.
Her current energy was very tiny but she expected it to be that way because she was a newborn but in some cases some would be born with very high abilities in some of of the books, comics and manga that she had read.
However when she had weakly lifted her small arm in front of her eyes, she was started again. 'Light pastel pink skin that does not look human! I really am a hybrid! I wonder about the rest of my appearance.. I hope that I do not have any strange horns, fangs or a tail.'
Someone had entered the room and it was an old woman who showed sadness on her face. "If I had known sooner about this then I could have been there for you both. It is all my fault.."
The small baby had thought to herself. 'No need to be sorry, if it is a demon then he probably had ways to manipulate you or make you forget things so your efforts would have been in vain. Perhaps you already have been manipulated to stay away during the childbirth. Stupid deadbeat dad! If you are going to throw away a child, at least give it a way to survive! Even demons should know that much!'
The old lady continued. "It was lucky that the doctor had arrived in time otherwise we may not have been able to save you. He sure is talented! You had died for a second there but he was able to bring you back! Why am I rambling onto a small child? It isn't like she will understand me.."
She started talking to herself as she was leaving. "That Dr Gero is really talented and he is only around his twenties! He said that he was on his way to meet the lord of this land so I expect he should take some time until he can return to check up on the child."
The small pink baby showed a look of shock. 'Dr who is where now? Dr Gero. Dr Gero! That name sounds so familiar but it couldn't be. Right? But.. the information so far that I have gathered points towards that world that should not exist! This is crazy. First I have to recognise that I am a demon and human hybrid with some strange energy but now I could possibly be in the Dragon Ball world! I need to find out the timeline and other things so that I can confirm some more things. This is so stressful!'

So far I have thought of Mio or Blush but suggestions are always welcome whether it be something suitable for a demon and human hybrid or in the form of some pun name.
