Chapter 200: Explanation

The next scene in the research institute definitely wouldn't be peaceful anymore.

"Didn't you say that you didn't trust the blood contract?" Lotte was equally stunned. She heard about that blood contract before and Kyle didn't seem to be that interested in something that they barely had any research.

Lica was staring at Kyle as if waiting for his answer.

"Well, the situation needs it or we both might not be able to get out alive." Kyle shrugged, downplaying the dangerous situation of the two of them below. Without Kate's healing ability, he would never be able to release himself from that dangerous situation nor being able to wait for the others to help him.

Well, he can, but his condition definitely would not be this good.

"You just say that?" Jake was angry. "Damn it! Next time, we're not taking any other mission until at least half of us had reached rank 6!"

"Ok." Kyle agreed right away.
