When she heard Grandmother's concern for her, Wendy's eyes got a little teary.

What else could she do?

Reaching out to wipe the tears from her eyes, Wendy said with great self-restraint, "I... I'm fine."

"Where are you now?" Grandmother simply did not believe Wendy's claim that she was fine.

"I'm really fine, Grandmother..." Wendy said, "If there's nothing else, I'll hang up now."
