"How can it be? I am at your door." Winnie stood in front of the door that was shut and said, "But I don't see you opening the door either."

"Hmm." Wendy was confused. Was Winnie plotting something again?

"I am at home."

"No no, I mean, which area are you staying at now?"

"My house is on Fernvale Street." Wendy had a bad hunch about this question somehow.

"Fernvale Street?" When Winnie heard the street name, she paused and then started to chuckle.

"Mrs. Lucas, what are you laughing about?" Wendy asked with a hint of hesitation.

No wonder no one opened the door for Winnie. Wendy was no longer staying in the old neighborhood she used to stay in.
