9. The first battle! Iverson's quarterback long pass!

October 17th, US time.

The long-awaited new season of the National College Basketball Team had officially kicked off.

Big Twelve League.

Pacific Ten Schools Alliance.

Ivy League.

Big East and more!

A number of divisional college league tournaments, beginning the tour stage.

The Big East's format was simple.

The 12 teams play home and away games against other teams in the league.

In the end, according to the tour record, the seeded teams from 1 to 12 were selected.

Among them, 9-12 teams, began the first round of the knockout.

5-8, it was in the second round to prepare for battle.

As for the No. 1-4 seeds, they would directly advance to the quarter-finals and wait for their respective opponents.

In other words.

As long as your tour record is good enough, you'll be much more comfortable to start with than the teams behind you.

Similarly, the champion of the Big East Championship can directly qualify for the NCAA Championship.

In addition to winning the championship, the NCAA Championship would also invite teams other than the Big East champions to participate.

Georgetown University, for example, received an invitation from the tournament committee long before the start of this year's NCAA tournament.

Only for Georgetown.

Their goal wasn't to make it to the NCAA Tournament.

What Allen Iverson and Luke Hobbs want was to recreate Georgetown's Big East championship and -- win the NCAA Championship!

"No one is not looking forward to Allen Iverson's season debut!"

United States, Washington.

Home of the Georgetown Exclamations - Verizon Center!

The commentator from the Washington TV station on the sidelines said in a stand-up comedy: "As the most anticipated college star of "Sports Illustrated" this year."

"Every game of Allen Iverson this season has been watched by countless fans!"

Although it's just a Big East tour.

However, Washington TV station still gave enough cards, not only broadcast the game live, but also dispatched a commentator to explain it in real time.

This arena, which was enough to accommodate 20,600 fans, had a very high attendance rate at this time.

No doubt.

People were coming for the absolute star of Georgetown - Allen Iverson!

Player entry.

Iverson was the first out of the player tunnel from Georgetown University.

With the trot of AI entering the stadium, the cheers of the fans on the scene also resounded in the sky!

"Look! That's Allen Iverson! The superhero of Georgetown!"

"Leave the victory to Wilson! Allen!"

"Defeat St. John's Red Storm!!"

In addition to noticing Iverson, the enthusiastic fans at the scene also saw the big man standing at the back of the team's lineup.

"Look, the one standing at the back, isn't that the rumoured Dream Destroyer, Luke Hobbs who made all the newcomers in Georgetown cry!"

That's right.

Dream Destroyer was the first nickname that Luke had recieved.

Because his court performance was too explosive, the scoring method was extremely rough.

"I read The Washington Post, don't he blew up North Carolina!"

"But it was just a warm-up game, and it was said that Vince and Antoine didn't play in the second half."

"Hopefully he can play this season!"

Georgetown fans still gave Mo Ran enough patience.

After all, the team now had Iverson behind the scenes, and there was still plenty of space and time for young people to develop.

"Lock up that arrogant guy across from me."

The world expected Iverson to shine.

Only Georgetown's opponent today, the St. John's Red Storm, doesn't think so.

The team coach Brand directly marked the number 3 on the tactical board and drew a circle: "George, Pinel, you all know what to do!"

Although the NCAA does not support zone defense, St. John's University should not be too sloppy about this kind of fake zone defense.

Coach Brand was very clear that only one person can't prevent Iverson, but if two people come together.

The undersized Allen Iverson would be magically absent!

There were two ways to beat Georgetown.

The first was to have an absolute strength like Tim Duncan.

The second was to lock Iverson.

St. John's University had no doubt chosen the second method!

The warm-up before the match ended soon.

In the atmosphere of the whole arena resounding the name of Iverson, Luke took off his warm-up jacket and stood side by side with Iverson on the court!

"Wow, let's see, the Georgetown Exclamations seem to have a brand new starting center?"

"This young man is called Luke... Hobbs! This year's freshman player from George Town!"

"It is said that he once blew up all the rookies in the team selection, and in the previous warm-up match with North Carolina University, he scored 35 points, 20 rebounds, and 8 blocks!"

The narrator of the Washington TV station quickly got the information handed over from the rear:

"He became the second rookie player to start a game in Georgetown University in the first year, and sixth even in the entire NCAA history!"

The George Town fans at the scene were also in an uproar.

Luke Hobbs. This name, they were indeed familiar.

But direct starter?

This is too fast!

"Let them see how powerful you are."

Walking on the court side by side with Luke Hobbs, Iverson patted him on the arm: "Just like you did at the Dean Smith Center, rush forward!"

The Dean Smith Center was home to the University of North Carolina.

What had he done at North Carolina's home ground?

He knows it himself!

In the uproar of the fans at the scene, the centers of both sides stood on the center line.

The referee threw the ball high.

Luke jumped up and put the ball into Iverson's hands first!

Immediately afterwards, the fans in the audience were stunned!

Because.

Iverson, who had just held the ball, took one step and passed the ball to the frontcourt by the quarterback!

Although, before entering college, Iverson was Virginia's quarterback of the year!

But this opening was a long pass?

Who is this going to be passed on?!

"Whoosh!"

The basketball dashed to the front court like a cannonball.

The tanned guy who caught Iverson's quarterback's long pass in the rush gave the fans the answer!

"It's Luke Hobbs!"

"This beast, just after finishing the jump ball, has thrown everyone away and rushed to the front court!"

"Allen Iverson's quarterback's long pass with precision guidance, Luke catches the pass, dribbles..."

The courtside announcer was about to say that Luke was going to dribble to the basket.

I saw that the Dream Destroyer received the ball one step inside the three-point line!

The long legs were fully opened, two big steps stepped into the penalty area, and they were instantly vacated!

Catch the ball with one hand and set fire to the sky.
