Chapter 70: Firing back

Glaring at the armed guards, Naoki turned his furious gaze back to the woman in black.

He could already guess who she was, and that only made his anger boil.

"That boy is your Master?" Empress Himiko asked with doubt clear in her tone.

Seeing such a handsome frail-looking young man seemingly having all the qualities of a scholar turn out to be the owner of the medical clinic she came to, she was shocked beyond measure.

Hearing her belittle him, Naoki fixed his intense gaze on her bust just then, he heard Daisuke's voice from behind.

"Move your hands out of the way."

Turning back, he saw that they guards has already put up their hands to block the entrance again.

"No one can enter the presence of our Lady with a weapon."

Daisuke was left speechless.
