"Hey miss." Wyatt called out
"Stop calling me that, Perseus is also barely tolerating the 'boss' title." Diana replied
"Brennan is heading over to the academy, I just warned the boss, he said that he'll handle it somehow."
"I'll go personally meet that Giles Quinton guy and try my best to alleviate the situation."
"Too late. The directors have already greeted him miss, Bora and Terra are heading to the boss' side right now." Wyatt reported "If it's the boss, he might just insult Brennan even more since he thinks that name is very pretentious. And coming from a person with the name 'Perseus', it's very hypocritical"
"And Brennan is very proud of his middle and last name and hate it when we call him by his first, he came from a line of one of the oldest family of successful rankers."

Perseus POV
"Oh why are you wearing your gears?" Craig asked "This is just a pseudo dungeon around the F rank level, you can ju-"
"Can I be excused from class and wait out in front here, sir?"
We're currently standing in front of this portal which our class would take, it will take us to a pseudo dungeon mimicking a regular F ranked dungeon. Though it's more of an G level if a grade below F exists.
I'm just wearing my S ranked gear for the moment, just in case a small altercation happens. I'll change my gears if a full fight happens, this is just for intimidation.
"Have to have a valid reason." he replied "Ranked or not, you're still a student."
"I'm um...I'm on my period."
"Ok sure...wait what?"
"Go into the dungeon if you want to be safe, you can then bully my partner over there as you like, she can handle herself."

Craig didn't really question a lot of things as he took the rest of my class in the pseudo dungeon as I sat on the floor outside, Bora appeared out of thin air later and Terra got to the floor and joined me to wait.
It took even a while longer till Brennan arrive with the whole board of directors, they were giving him a tour based on the reports and it seems him and a few of his clan members joined in.
Brennan is this old elf looked to be in his mid 40s, 170cm tall, wearing the most decorated while and gold knight armor with this giant golden claymore. Too proud for his own good though, no wonder he doesn't have any children.
He thinks he's better than anyone else, the other rankers barely say anything about what they know since they all have met the 13 gods and got some questions answered, but Brennan never got that chance.
The 13 gods like jerks and egotistical people, but even they have limits to what they can tolerate, the ones they hate the most are people who think they are superior to those guys.
Brennan has made many assumptions about the tower and has spread those false assumptions as truth, he believe that the 13 rankers are people who are assigned to replace the gods in the future, and he think himself as a chosen one already.
There's many things people don't know about this tower. Like the 13 kings were the first ranked, but they were nowhere near as strong as the current possible 100. Or the fact that the 13 gods aren't...even gods, they act as gods but they're only admins with minuscule powers who serve the actual gods. The true gods.
Those true gods want entertainment and those admins are in charge of it, but Brennan doesn't know that...cuz he never got to meet them.
"Hey 'Brennan', nice to meet you again, old man, how's the fame treating ya after ya got demoted?"
"Tch. Perseus Silver." he clicked his tongue in annoyance "Thank you directors for leading me to him, because it seem like we have a lot to talk about."
The directors are seeming to get the hint and are heavily regretting the fact that they led him to me.
"If you want to fight, Brennan, we better move past the tutorial floor so we can kill each other. If you really plan on proposing a clan war, I would love to decline and not put anyone's life on the line."
"A bit arrogant now, aren't you?" he mocked with a disgusted face "If only your parents raised you better, oh right, I forgot, I heard that you lived without any guardians. I wonder how you got those wealth to afford things, must have stolen it like how you stolen everything else."
"Me? Arrogant? You may be right, you seriously think I want to be ranked as the top 13 raiders in this tower? Just so I can entertain some stupid gods for their amusement? To climb up to who knows where to get nothing in return but just useless wealth?"
3rd person view
That was when the 2 unleased their aura and it crushed everyone in the room, the pressure was tense. Terra and Bora who have fought with Perseus before can withstand it a bit, so did Brennan's clanmates who were brought along.
But the directors on the other hand aren't used to this and couldn't speaking at all, they can see 2 colored energy in the air clashing at a very intense rate, silver and gold lights pushing against each other for dominance.
Diana arrived a moment later to see it and she felt it, the intense pressure of a ranker and a former one. She then jumped in the fray.
"Stop." she shouted "Put your egos aside for a moment because apart from you 2, the rest of the people in this room won't survive if you keep going on any longer."
"Why? Isn't it the sister of the buffoon." Brennan greeted with a bow
"Hey man, don't insult my sister." Perseus responded "I'm the only one who can call that witch anything insulting."
"Hey, we're in the middle of something here, don't make me go over there." Diana warned
