Chapter 75: ALL IS NOT LOST

I felt my heart shatter into a million pieces at the man in front of me. He looked like my husband but he wasn't my husband. This man stared at me with no sign of recognition in his face. The tears rolled down my cheeks and Ivan just continued staring at me with a blank stare, he was gone! I lost him! I had lost everything! My home, my friends, my husband, everything! All because of Ravenna! But I wasn't going to let her win! I wasn't!

Stepping towards him I reached for Ivan, "Listen to me Ivan, your..." Before I could get another word out Ivan already had me by my throat already, cutting the words off.

"I already told you_" Ivan growled harshly at me, "Do. Not. Speak. My. Name!" He enunciated while glowing his red eyes at me.

"I...I...I..." I croaked out still clawing his arms, "Ivan." I finally managed to squeak out.
