Chapter 20: Another "Mine" To The List

I had no answer for him and he sure didn't like it.

His hand left my neck as his strange red eyes, like those of a predator, sneaked back into the fog.

Reptilian eyes that filled me with an unexplainable rage.

My moment of relief was short-lived as the fog cleared out and I could finally see how unlucky I was.

The giant frame of the man in front of me, towered over me, the hood over his head making him seem like a shadow before me, the glint of the sword he held in one hand catching my attention, each end of the sword was curved and he held it at the middle.

I wondered what that weapon was called.

Unease settled into my skin and anger tumbled through my veins, as I observed that the fog seemed to raise from him like vapour.

Was he boiling or something?

Who was this man?

What was he?

I have never seen a being like this in my entire life.

What was this he?!
