Chapter 136: The Last laugh

Previously, when Diana entered the settlement base. He met Frederick Old Man who had just sat on his throne. The Old Man's eyes widen and he immediately straight up his posture, and was having a humble aura.

"Old Man," said Diana. "I have completed my mission."

Diana did not continue for she knew that the Old Man would asked a Question right away.

"Mission?" Old Man asked.

Diana did not answered, since she saw the Old Man's eyes widened as he the realization struck him.

"Don't tell me you are the scout that Nicholas have sent to investigate the cause of the sudden Earthquake?" Old Man asked.

It was natural for Diana to disappear and appear any time. The Old Man could not bother to look out for Diana either. He knew that Diana was the strongest in the settlement, not Vincent. However, only he and Eliza was aware of this.
