Chapter 269: CH269: NEW ENTITY

Heart racing. Adrenaline pumping. Senses at an all-time high. Tensions mounting. Tempers rising. 

In the middle of a pursuit, Dezhong Prince found himself between a rock and a hard place. Behind him were two Mechs designed to pursue targets running on foot. Above him was a Blimp beaming bright lights at him and before he knew it, other Military and Police Units were hot on his tail, with some even opening fire on him.

Suddenly, just as he was about to make a quick turn to escape, he found himself skidding at the last moment as he dodged a large claw that nearly struck his face. As he slid past whatever the claw belonged to, he witnessed a horrendous-looking being that resembled his Nightshade Wraith, only this one was larger, stronger, and looked as though it were more sentient than Nightshade.
