Chapter 82: Purple Swirling Light

When Anna slowly raised her head up to see who had intervened the expected strike she anxiously waited for, Roshan was standing right in front of her, shielding her from the attack but he was injured as those claws had left a deep scar on his chest.

Her eyes went round and she gasped at the sight, shock and worry glistened in her irises seeing he was injured but his face barely flinched.

He only succeeded in blocking the other clawed hand from touching her and his eyes glimmered a crimson red, but in undeniable fury.

"I hate it when people don't listen." He growled and for the first time, Anna witnessed Roshan's nails grow into the exact same claws and with a speed as fast as lightning, those clawed hands of his scarred the cloaked man straight in his chest, followed by an unexpected heavy blow landing on his left jaw and the impact tossed him few feets away from Roshan, but he regained himself and landed on his two feet rather than slamming into a wall.
