"Edgar, it is your birthday but that does not mean you cannot lift a finger. You can feed yourself," Alessandra said, placing the fork in her mouth instead of feeding Edgar. 

"After I carried you all the way to our room this is how you treat me?" Edgar retorted.

"I would have been more inclined to feed you if you had not suggested we have sex on the stairs. It was quite uncomfortable and I am certain my back will forever be in pain," Alessandra said, touching the spot which was sore because of where she was pushed back against the stairs. "Never again."

Edgar nodded his head agreeing with her. As exciting as it was, it was only a one-time thing. "You were so vocal about not doing it by the window but quiet about the stairs. Admit it that you were curious about what it would be like."
