Chapter 9: HER WEAKNESS WAS MY COURAGE (END GAME)
John stubbornly follows Michael to inferiority's hideout and hid himself at the road close to her house.
"SURRENDER NOW!!!!!YOU HAVE BEEN SURROUNDED AND HAVE NO WHERE TO RUN Inspector Grace said as all the police officers came out of their cars pointing guns at Inferiority.
Inferiority laughs as her eyes changes to bright red with the clouds becoming darker with smoke coming out of her body profusely.
The police officers are now scared. "SHOOOOO..T!!!!! Michael ordered.
Immediately Inferiority flips her hands and it turned into the tentacle of an octopus destroying all their vehicles and slaughtering the officers.
"RETREAT!!!!! Michael said.
"Sir the bullets has no effect on her" one of the officers said trembling in fear but Inspector Grace continued shooting as she moved closer to Inferiority.
"INSPECTOR! GRACCCCCE! Michael called out but she gave deaf ears to his call.
"How brave" Inferiority said, but your bravery is not enough to weaken me" as she flips her tentacle dividing the Inspector into two with one half of the body falling at the front of Michael.
NOOOOOOO! I'LL KILL YOU INFERIORITY" Michael said hiding behind a car.
Kelvin being so scared ran out of the house, John sighted him, rushes and hits him to the ground. John begins to beat Kelvin mercilessly. Inferiority turns and sees John.
She throws her second tentacle to John raising him up with it by the neck.
"LEAVE HIM ALONE, YOU ARE CHOKING HIM!!! Kelvin said as he begs Inferiority but Inferiority would not listen. Kelvin reaches for a gun on the ground and begin to shoot at Inferiority as she throws John away and picks Kelvin up, I thought you love me, I'm going to kill you" Inferiority said choking Kelvin.
Kelvin pulls out a pocket Knife from his pocket and cut the tentacle of inferiority.
"HER WEAKNESS IS COURAGE, THE BOLDER WE ALL ARE THE LESS POWERFUL SHE BECOMES!!!!! Kelvin said alerting everyone of Inferiority's weakness. Inferiority tries flipping her tentacles again but this time she couldn't as everyone kept on shooting at her as they marched closer to her.
NOOOOO!!!!! I can't be defeated" Inferiority said as she falls to the ground and transforms back to her human form.
Michael walks up to her and asked her "How did you kill Favour? What was his offence?. Inferiority smiled and said "Kelvin your friend killed Favour not me" as she tried to pick up a gun but Michael beats her to it and shot her on the fore head.
Kelvin crawls to John's body and tried to lift him but he could not. "Help me Mike! He said as Michael pushed Kelvin aside and picks John up taking him to the vehicle.
Kelvin walks backward crying and gets to inferiority's dead body.
"I'm sorry Mike, I didn't mean for all this to happen, my greatest mistake was letting Inferiority into my life. Tell John that I am sorry and he killed himself with a gun.
"Can we go sir? The patient is losing a lot of blood" one of the surviving officers said as they entered the vehicle and left for the hospital.
Where's Kelvin? John asked opening his eyes on the bed in the hospital. Thank-God you are alive, it's been a week that you have been unconscious" Michael said as tears drops from his eyes, "stop crying, am alive" John said.
Kelvin killed himself but I could see regrets written all over him, and he asked that you forgive him" Michael added.
We will miss him" John responded. "Please I'm hungry what did you bring? John asked.
What! Who eats immediately after waking up from coma? Michael asked as he laughs. "I do John replied "it was hungry that woke me up from coma" John added as they both laughed.
