Chapter 76: Shopping(1)

That day, in the evening they went to the town. 

Felix, Anne and Asher. 

Anne wanted Asher also to come along with them so Asher also joined them on their trip to the town. Usually, a servant would of course follow them, so it wasn't a big deal. Asher happily followed them.

As soon as they came to the town, Anne tried to plead with Felix to have some tea first, then go shopping. He kind of guessed she would pull this trick. But, he wasn't going to give in to her easily because he wanted to finish the main task they took this special trip for, first.

So the two started arguing and in the end, Asher was stuck in the middle, having to choose a side.

"I am tired. I need to fill my stomach and then go look at the dresses."

"No, we can first look at the dresses and then, go to a dessert shop. Listen to me Anne."

"No...Brother Ash! Tell him!"

Anne turned to Asher and he was startled as the duke also turned to him.
