Chapter 82: Doubts

Upon hearing this, Lisa waved her hand. Just as she was about to say something, Audrey spoke again. 

"With this money, I'm sure the problems your company is facing can be easily solved. When that time comes, our family will be able to rise to new heights. A day like this is really worth celebrating! My precious daughter, you're amazing! You're Mommy's pride!" 

After listening to Audrey's words, Wayne finally came to a realization. 

No wonder the dishes were so sumptuous today. Even John and Vanessa had returned to the Jones family. 

However, it was true that such a day was indeed worth celebrating. 

After listening to her mother's words, Lisa shook her head and said, "Mom, I wasn't the one who raised the thirty million dollars. It was Wayne who raised it." 

After Lisa said this, the originally warm atmosphere in the hall suddenly became cold. 

Everyone was stunned at first before they subconsciously looked in Wayne's direction.
