Chapter 14: CHAPTER 14- Her only wish
Zeus changed his outfit and came out of his room. Biran was still standing there beside the door.
"Let's hurry, all the upper ranked members are already present there. If we are late, we might get into trouble", Brian said. Zeus agreed with him and They both started walking together. At the outside of that building, Zeus saw Aly standing there waiting for someone. Zeus went to her and asked what are you doing standing here.
"Hey… Aly… What are you doing here? Are you waiting for someone?"Zeus asked Aly.
"No, nothing.. yeah! What am I doing here? I'm…. I'm Just standing here, watching all around the base. What about you where are you going now? Are you feeling okay?"Aly said. She looked so nervous as well as shy. She was blushing while talking to Zeus. She was so nervous that she couldn't make eye contact with Zeus while talking to him.
Brian came to Zues and whispered in his ear," Look at her face, it's all red. I think she likes you".
"What???"Zeus just shouted.
Aly was surprised by him and replied," what??? are you telling me something?".
Now Zeus understood the fact and he was also feeling shy. Brian smiled and moved away.
"No, it's nothing.. I just remembered something. Your father just summoned us at the townhall. Do you wanna come with us?" Zeus said.
"Ohh, I was going there too. Let's hurry, we are late", Aly said.
They all started walking towards the town hall now. No one can say whether it is an army base or a residual area. Everything was already present there such as the hospital, school, shops , playground, training ground etc. Zeus was looking all around and he was about to ask Brian about it.
"Brian… is it really an army base?"Zeus asked.
"I thought you would ask thie question. Yes.. it's an amry base. But at first it was a village. Many years ago this village was suffering from bad people like robbery, killings, kidnapping etc. Then the founders of Alpha Army came here and overthrew those bad guys. That's why Village Chief handed over the responsibility of the protection of the village to the Alpha Army. The founders tell them their ideology and the villagers agree.They teach and trained them. And you can see now what it is now", Brian said.
As they talk about this, they came in front of the town hall.
"It is the village Townhall. Let's go in", Brian said.
When they were inside the hall everyone was staring at them. Zeus and Aly felt nervous.
"Oh, you are here", Vargas said.
The hall was big, quite big. There was a large stage in the middle of the seating area.The seating areas descend from the top in steps like a staircase and blend in front of that platform. Everyone was sitting around the stage and that Red Zirconia was placed in the middle of the stage with a device that kept him sedated.
When Zeus looked at that Red Zirconia, he felt as if he was cut off and went to a different world,just like his dream.
"Where am I? Ohh again! What do you want?",Zeus said.
"I want you to tell them. I wanna live.", Red zirconia said.
"Okay I will", Zeus replied. As he replied to her. He came back from that world and saw that Aly was very worried and was calling him for a long time.
"Zeus , Zeus, Zeus…. What happened to you just now?"Aly asked. Everyone was just staring at him. Vargas asked him to come and sit next to him. So they did.
As they i.e. all the upper ranked members was about to make a decision about Red Zirconia, Zeus interrupted them and said," I want to make a request".
Everyone except Vargas became so angry. A woman named Natasha sarcastically said," ohh how humble you are.Do you have a little manners? When upper ranks are talking about something, no one is allowed to talk in between". She was about 31 years old. She has long black hair, beautiful eyes. She is the only one who has reached the upper rank in a very short period of time. But everyone liked her, her behaviour was so decent but sometimes harsh.
Zeus replied," I'm sorry but…". He was about to say about his dream, but suddenly he couldn't speak. It's like Someone has weaved his lips.
"You can finish your word,Natasha", an upper ranked member said. He used his ability to shut his mouth. Vargas could not hold him for long. Aly and Brian could not helped but stayed quiety. Aly was so worried about Zeus.
"No one should not be tortured like this. Leave him be", Vargas said in anger.
So that upper ranked member did. He lifted his ability over him. Now Zeus stayed quiet. Vargas asked him to do.
"As we know that this thing is very dangerous for every living being in this world, We should find a way to destroy it. If we leave it open like this, it will consume all our remaining life energy", Natasha said
"But it is so powerful and holds so much destructive power in it. We don't have that kind of equipment that we can destroy swiftly", Another upper ranked member said.
Zeus stayed quiet. He was just holding him back.
"We can call him", Someone said.
"Yes .. it will be best", everyone murmured.
"No, He can't do it either. If someone as powerful as Atlas couldn't overcome its power, neither could he.Although he is the only student of Atlas,he will never be able to surpass him", Yado said.
Yado was one the founders of Alpha army. He was 120 years old. But he hasn't aged at all. He looked like a 21 year old boy.
"Sir, you are the one who trained Atlas personally, you might be able to do it. With your Zirkon you can do it., Someone said.
"No, If Atlas can't do it, neither can I. Even though he was my student, he already surpassed me at such a young age"Yoda said.
"But master, we saw him losing against a kid. And he was his friend. I don't believe he is that powerful" someone said.
"Watch your mouth, you don't know about him. About that kid, how's he Vargas? You said you noticed some odd behaviour with him" Yoda said.
"He is still in the hospital, Master", Vargas said.
"We could destroy that puny stone if you extract all its energy", An upper ranked member said from a distance. He brought an ancient machine with him. He kept that thing on the stage.
"If we put that stone in this machine all its energy will be extracted and at that point if we use our ability we might be able to destroy it" he said with an evil smile.
Natasha noticed it very carefully and agreed with him.
Everyone agreed with him.
This time Zeus could not hold him. He jumped on that stage and took that ancient machine where Red Zirconia were put and said, " I won't let anyone to destroy it".
