Chapter 12: CHAPTER 12-Alpha Headquarter Arc- THE NAME IS BRIAN, ONLY BRIAN
Those who had been hiding in the bushes for so long started to come out one by one.They were amazed at Ryu's unbelievable ability.But it seems they weren't here to fight for that stone. Their intentions were different. Everyone else who had been frozen by Atlas's power now seemed to have returned to life. They couldn't but move but they saw everything.
"What do you do? It's totally unbelievable. You just threw a legend to the sky. How did you do that? " Aly said. She was totally amazed by Ryu's true capabilities. He had never seen his master lose a fight before.
Ryu heard everything. He turned back, gave a smile and fall to the ground unconscious. It seems he used all his Mantra too much unknowingly. So he was totally exhausted.
Vargas didn't say any word and rushed to Ryu. Zeus and Vargas picked him up and Vargas lifted him by the shoulders. Ryu was still unconscious. Fortunately there was no sign of any wound on his body. Where Zeus was injured.
At the meantime, everyone else surrounded them.
"Sir, do you need any company?". Vargas saw a boy just greet him. He was Brian, one of Alpha's brightest students. They brought a ancient machine that hold that Red stone completely. Aura coming out from Zirconia suddenly stopped.
"Take others to the headquarters and you take care of this place. It was a very big forest about 1 hr ago, now it becomes a crater.", Vargas said to the other guys.
They were all members of the Alpha army. They were all wearing the same type black suits. They were so organized when they sent on a Mission like this.
Now they head back to the headquarters. That was not so far from that jungle. It took 3 hours to reach their destination, the headquarters. Meanwhile one of Alpha Army's healer healed Zeus's wound partially, so that Zeus could make his journey without feeling any pain.
Their headquarters was in the middle of a ruins in the middle of the jungle. Zeus saw some of them surveilling all around. It was in a huge area. Everything was present there. There was a main office at the centre, few training grounds and many residential houses. He came to know that There is a library where many ancient things could be learned.
When they passed through the main gate ,a strange sensation rose between Zeus and Aly. At first they took Ryu to the hospital and Zeus's wound healed completely, then Vargas took him to where they would stay from now on. Aly stayed with his father Vargas. Vargas didn't ask about her mother a single time, because he thought that would not be the correct time to ask. It is a shame to remember his old memories.
At the entrance of that building Zues saw some posters. He was just about to enter the building with all his and Ryu's belongings. Zeus saw a boy who ranked top from others. His name was Brian.
Brian was about the same age as Ryu and Zeus. He was about 5'7" in height, red haired and he had a sharp cut on his face from the forehead to the bottom vertically in the cheeks. By looking at his poster, Zeus thought he must be a serious guy. But he didn't care about it and headed towards his room. Suddenly someone came from behind and put his hand on his back.
"Why are you standing here , new guy? Don't you wanna go in.",a boy said.
Zeus didn't turn back and said," nothing,just watching all the posters".
That guy came in front of Zeus and Zeus recognised him as Brian. He was smiling and looked so happy like bright sun. Brian was in casual outfit and it was all dusty because he just came back from his training.
"Nothing, they just make me look so big I don't know why. I'm not as strong as that friend of yours. I would never dream of losing Atlas…. But he did. … Let me see , what was his name everyone was talking about? …Yes ,' Ryu 'from the Glen clan. Are you from the Glen clan?... I heard they had mysterious powers", Brian said.
Brian looked at Zeus intently, waiting for an answer.
"No, I'm not from the Glen clan but we're from the same village", Zesu said.
"Ohh sorry, I didn't introduce myself first, sorry…. I'm Brian.. only Brian.. no last name", Brian said and he extended his hand for a handshake.
"I'm Zeus Evano, nice to meet you", Zeus said generously. Now he thought Brian was a funny guy.
Brian saw him carrying all that heavy stuff alone. So he thought he could help him now.
"Ohh you bought too much with you, let me help you", Brian said.
When he knelt down to pick up the things,A football made of iron came into his face. Zeus was shocked, he thought he must be injured. But Brian was laughing and said to the players," play carefully guys, If this one wasn't me , someone may have been injured by now".
Zeus was amazed, now he understands his ability. Brian took the things and started walking.
" Sorry for the commotion, let's go the your room", Brian said with a big smile.
Zues was stand still and asked Brian," you aren't hurt at all".
"Oh , you are asking that. Anything that has energy within it and touches my body, all the energy absorbed by my body, you can say I can absorb that, so it doesn't hurt me", Brain explained to Zeus.
Zeus saw that same kind of ability before. But he didn't tell him that now. Bu he replied," you have pretty unique ability".
