The Adaptimatrix referred to as "Matrix", is an Omnitrix in Omni-School and in OmniDragon 10 that was used by OmniDragon to transform into alien species.
๐๐ฝ๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ๐: The Adaptimatrix looks like a blue and black version of the Infinity Omnimatrix (Sports-watch version).
๐ข๐ฟ๐ถ๐ด๐ถ๐ป: When the characters of Omni-School get teleported to the school, the first thing they get to do is pick out their matrix. Azmuth has "studied" each of the students and crafted an Omnitrix for their use. He intended the Infinite Omnitrix for OmniDragon and the Adaptimatrix for Bryce, yet they somehow got switched.
In ODT, Raxtus made it for OmniDragon to protect the universe from a NegaDragon
