Chapter 155: 155. Nightmare at sunset

Mr Mills spent the rest of the time talking to Derek to make him understand how important it is for him to take over. At the end, they scheduled another day to meet up, where Derek would be introduced to some of the heads of the companies.

Derek drove home silently, trying not to think too much about the whole property thing. He surely needed time to grasp it all.

Moreover, he had the trip to Livingsprings to think about. He was planning to leave the next day to pick up Rory and Charlotte, where Rory would resume school and Charlotte, work.

After playing some more games, Esther and the guys relaxed for a while and later, she made a quick lunch of spaghetti and meat balls. They enjoyed it with some fresh grape juice and chocolate cake before retiring to their rooms for some nap.
