Chapter 122: 122. That's the way it is

Elaine woke up after napping for about two hours. She felt a bit refreshed and the headache was gone. But her stomach rumbled. She didn't eat much that morning and it was a few minutes past lunch time.

She got up, and stretched her limps. She brought her hand to her mouth to stifle the wide yawn and rubbed her eyes with the back of her hands.

She swung her legs over and got down from her bed, heading to the bathroom. She felt a little pressed. After easing herself, she washed and wiped her face. She adjusted her hair which was a little messy and went to the kitchen to see what she can do.

She opened the fridge and the first thing she saw was the many packs of mushrooms she bought on her last grocery shopping. She liked mushrooms, but she didn't eat them that much. She bought that many because of him.
