Chapter 108: Elleard's Plan To Console Elena

"Baby," called Elleard. "Open the door."

Elena felt like crying when she heard his voice. Maybe it was better if he didn't show that he cared or started to be more attentive. Then, she wouldn't feel as horrible. The disappointed expression he showed last night when she failed to do it... broke her heart.

She felt embarrassed about herself and her inadequacy. She knew she had disappointed him. He had proven himself right, that they couldn't have a fulfilling sexual relationship if she didn't do what he had asked her. This felt like a dead end.
